Breakfast was excellent, great selection. Location good.

Sold as adults only hotel but it is open to everyone. So main pool full of kids, the area in front of our room children were playing. Parking limited

The location is beautiful and so quiet. Hotel was very clean with regular towel change. Breakfast was extensive with barista coffee. All of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Loved the lake view room. Special mention to Giulia in reception and Jana? (apologies if it is not spelt correctly) in the bar, as they made our stay memorable.

Would have preferred a hard copy menu for the restaurant. Several dishes were not available on Sunday, which was frustrating. Both pools are not heated. Couldn't use the guest pool, just too cold. Don't like the open plan decking in front of the rooms. Would have preferred some discreet screen between each room.

Very friendly and helpful front desk, super delicious breakfast buffet with wonderful selection of hot and cold foods, clean rooms with comfortable beds, nice pool area and proximity to lake.

This is more of a suggestion: the driver the hotel arranged who was supposed to pick us up 4:30 am in the morning to take us to the airport 1.5 hours away never showed up, and the poor gentleman working the front desk frantically tried to find us another ride. At 6:00 am, he finally found another driver who had to rush to get us in his own small car that had to fit our large suitcases. The driver got us to the airport 1/2 hour before the gate closed and we nearly missed our flight. Very harrowing experience, but kudos to the driver, Alberto, he tried to calm us and got us there safe and sound. Suggestion: the hotel should confirm the ride the night before to help ensure the driver will show up and have a back-up driver readily available as well.

Beautifully landscaped complex with pool, wellness area, bar and restaurant right on the lake. Everything is on one level and quiet, yet within walking distance of the centre.

The car park inside of the hotel complex was full, so we had to use the hotel car park outside. We were given a card to place behind the windscreen. This car park is only intended for hotel guests, but is also used by beach visitors and is therefore overcrowded. There is only a chain and no barrier, so anyone can use it. The hotel does not check whether others are also using the place. This makes it difficult to find a parking space. The seating area lacks privacy. There is no partition between neighbouring rooms.

It’s was good located nearby the train station, staff were super nice, it was clean and organising.

I’m happy that I chose this hotel for my stay, but there was a problem with the communication through booking chat with property, I have received many spam messages leading to a payment page that wasn’t related to booking but with booking interface, for once I felt uncomfortable and nervous. The messages were contained scam links and they were treating to cancel my reservation if we don’t pay. After the chat with booking team they made me sure that it won’t be any issues,and I ignored messages.

Much quieter than the popular spots around the lake. The hotel was all one story so amazing views from all areas. Breakfast was lovely. Train station to get to Varenna

The hotel was beautiful but I think it need a bit of touching up now. Some areas weren’t thoroughly clean. Wooden decking was really wabbly in places. Adults only but people pay for the pool use in the day and children are allowed for this.

The breakfast was fantastic. Service was nice and pretty, Ladies ware very helpful and kind. I especially want to thank Gulia, who was very nice and helpful in all matters related to our stay. Gulia, thank you very much.

Everything at the hotel was fine. The only one issue I want to rise is the swimming pool with the small kids. According to the official information the hotel is adults only. It was strange that at the pool we see a lot of kids. I got an explanation from the hotel staff that it is City Hall influence to attract Colico for the visitors. Nevertheless I recommend the hotel for a nice stay.

The hotel impressed us with its exceptionally clean rooms—among the cleanest I've experienced in Europe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going as far as to assist in planning our entire visit around Lake Como. The hotel's proximity to the train and ferry stations, just minutes away by foot, was incredibly convenient for exploring the region's main attractions.

The surroundings of the hotel were somewhat disappointing, with most local establishments closing early in the evening, creating a rather deserted atmosphere in the town post 8 PM, which might be more noticeable during the off-peak season in April

Hotel is a short walk from the train station and the centre of the town, which is exactly what we wanted. The rooms, all ground floor, are nice supplying everything we needed, and we enjoyed the rooms’ own patio area with table/chairs and sun beds, which gave us a beautiful view of the garden and the lake and mountains beyond. Stunning. Nice clean pool with lots of sun beds. Lovely bright, modern breakfast restaurant which offered a good selection. Staff friendly and helpful.

Privacy on the patio would have been nice - frosted partitions between rooms, perhaps. Also, I suggest that staff in the breakfast restaurant ask if you would like tea or coffee as you take your seat, which has been usual in almost every other hotel I’ve ever stayed. On one of the buffet tables there was a flask of hot water (for tea), and one of americano (which was tepid when I tried it), which I though were the only tea/coffee options, until on our third morning, I saw someone go over to the counter and ask for a cappuccino!

This hotel is a little gem of a find. Amazing views of the lake, fantastic amenities and facilities and the staff are great. Our breakfast was included which was a great perk. If anything more clear info on transport from Milan could benefit future guests as we ended up travelling the long way to the hotel and theirs far quicker routes.
