Have stayed numerous times at the hotel over the last 7 years and have always normally enjoyed . However it’s a very different hotel this year. Room still comfy , great WiFi and nice staff

It’s very hard for me to write negatives as I have always loved staying at the hotel. Building works next door which is ‘attached’ to hotel . We love the rooftop pool but there was workman at that level every work day and there are 2 further floors being built in the new apt block which will have a negative effect on pool area. Vicky was kind enough to give us ‘our usual room’ just down from the pool but there were workman on the school rooftop opposite everyday resurfacing the roof. The Comfy is the only place we stay in Greece where you do not get a comp bottle of water in the fridge. Breakfast going downhill and get there early if you want a boiled egg ! There was always about 15+ fried eggs with no takers …

This small hotel is excellent value for money. Although classed as 3 star it is worth more. I had a very warm welcome and all the staff were great. My standard air conditioned room was very comfortable with contemporary design, and very quiet thanks to sound proofing. I made full use of the rooftop pool both early evening and morning. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The seafront with all its restaurants and cafés was just 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was spacious but the shower cubicle small. Could somebody open the umbrellas on the roof top area. They are a bit on the heavy side.

The hotel and staff were fab. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and there was a lovely atmosphere. The hotel was extremely clean and my room was very nice . Unfortunately I left my denim jacket and purse in my room without realising it!!! I want to thank Vicki for emailing me to inform me and they stored them for me as I was in Koroni until I could collect it a week later when I was going to the airport and I am very grateful.

The rooftop pool is very nice but unfortunately when I was there in June it was very noisy from workmen building etc. That is not the hotels fault and it can’t be helped. The only real negative I can think of is that the hotel is on the main road that was very noisy at times and it didn’t help that my hotel room faced the road so I didn’t make much use of the balcony.

The location of the hotel was super convinient - walking distance to the beach and the city center with a late night shop just outside (and many other late night food and drink options within a 500m radius). Staff was amazing - friendly, attentive, always happy to help and there 24/7! Room was cleaned every day! The pool was very clean and the view from it was very impressive - exactly like the photos. Room size was great - had plenty of space! Balcony was a very nice bonus and overlooked the mountain which was beautiful to watch at sunset.

Brekafast could've had a few more options in terms of cooked food. Shower needs a bit of work / renovation.

First I need to say that the hotel staff is very good, friendly and helpful (as usual in Greece). They are here to assist you everytime you need something. Hotel has a good location - supermarket, port, beach, bus station and many bars, restaurants and coffees nearby. On the highest floor there is pool with a nice view (I just thought there will be a pool bar as it seems it used to be there but wasn't. However, nice young lady from reception came twice to bring something to another guests).

Well, I think the price for stay was quite high compared to equipment and services. The breakfast was simple and same every day. I was surprised that there was no coffee machine, just a coffee in coffee pot. If you want espresso or cappuccino you need to order at the bar and pay for it. I was also missing some electric kettle in the room (this is not necessary but when it's a boutique hotel, coffee machine or kettle could be in the room). Also the pool area could have more care (the broken lights around the pool, more sunbeds...). The shower cubicle in our room needs some reparation.

The room was very clean and with nice modern bathroom, equipped with basic cosmetic products you might need, a table and chair in the room and a balcony facing the main street with a nice view. The location was very good, 5 mins walk to the esplanade with all bars and restaurants and 15 mins walk to the city center on the other side (hotel is placed in between the city center and the beach. The pool at the roof was very clean and during our stay there was no one using it so the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, basically a private pool for ourselves. The breakfast offered all basic breakfast meals you might want and what I really appreciated was its great quality: freshly squeezed orange juice, good quality cheeses and hams, plenty of vegetables and other sweet pastries. I have visited plenty of higher ranked hotels and in most of them the breakfast offer was on cheaper side so I was pleasantly surprised how good and of a great quality the breakfast food/products were.

At the time of our stay the water pressure in the shower was not that great so if someone has thicker or too curly hair to wash it might take some time. Maybe it was just a momentarily problem of a bit lower pressure.

Location good for us to explore the old town and beach area. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to us. The room was very good with some products supplied which was helpful. The breakfast was plentiful but would have appreciated more fresh fruit and bread but a huge variety was available

Minor point but as above a wider fruit and fresh bread selection

Close to beach, cafes and beach bars. Quiet at night.

House keeping was not great. Towels and soaps not replaced, bed not made well the sheet was just tossed over the pillows and floor was not swept. We spent 4 nights there. Wifi was terrible in the room needed to go to reception to get a few bars.

Many thanks to the most helpful and kind team that make your stay out of home, feel like you are at home! Very clean hotel with excellent breakfast that includes a variety of high quality products. Nice and elegant rooms with plenty of space. Lovely, clean pool. Very convenient location near the seafront and at walking distance from the city center.
