This hotel is a really great stay, with exceptional staff and amenities. The breakfast buffet was really unique for us as we are from the U.S.; it put all other hotels to shame! The free happy hour every day was a nice plus. We encountered some of the nicest staff we have ever interacted with. The hotel offers different pillow types to choose from, and nice Japanese night kimonos. The Onsen was very beautiful and appeals to the senses. Our room was a bit small for two but that was the only downside to our stay!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay (and my birthday) a lovely experience. I liked the eco-friendly aspects of the hotel, the delicious breakfast buffet, the free drink time, and the onsen. You choose your own pillow in the lobby, based on your preferred firmness, and take any toiletries you need like mouthwash, shampoo, body lotion, etc. The breakfast hours are early but it's well worth waking up for. (Note: it's more Japanese-style than Western-style but incredibly filling and they kept refilling the trays.) During the free "happy hour" you can make your own cocktails or mocktails, or enjoy red or white wine (but no beer). The onsen was small but nice. The water was around 42 degrees C, I believe, and it was a nice way to sweat and relax away the day's walking. You can even check to see how crowded it is through a menu on the TV in the room and the women's onsen is nice and safe (there's a separate lock code for the door that you're given upon check-in).

The hotel staff really cares about you. Remarkable work of listening and advice from one of the receptionists. Miss, we do not have your first name but if you read us, know that we thank you again for all your advice, your dynamism, your smile, as well as for the recommendation of the restaurant whose meal is one of the best of our stays in and around the Okayama region. An exemplary hostess!

Maybe make sure there are enough pillows to choose from upon arrival as the pillow shelf is often empty and the basic pillow from the room is quite hard ;)

They were happy to store our luggage for us from 7.30am of the day we were checking in. Checkout process was non existent, you just shut your door and left. There is a free drinks (including cocktails, spirits, wine) happy hour which lasts 6pm to 9pm, self serve. Breakfast was included in the price and was extensive and delicious. It was close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Instead of being available in your room, there was a supply area in reception where you could freely stock up on whatever you needed in the way of toiletries, tea/coffee bags, extra pillows and towels.

Everything was great, I have no criticism.

The stuff were very friendly and accomodating. They started breakfast a few minutes early as we had to catch an early morning train. They found what my son left in our room and kept it until we went back to pick it up. Greatly appreciated 🙏

The onsen was small and even though it was late at night, there were many people (talking loudly and staying forever). There was only one sink/mirror and of course it was occupied, so I had to dry my hair in my room.

This is a standard Japanese business hotel with a bit of a modern mentality and environmentally friendly. Very nice staff, all the amenities provided, you can also choose the pillow (never saw it before). Free Japanese breakfast with bits of sweet pastry, free drinks during couple of hours in the evening. Nice onsen.

Breakfast should be promoted as 90% Japanese style, there were just few pieces of sweet pastry and yogurt, for people not experienced with Japanese breakfast this could be a bit of a surprise.

Location - near to the Okayama train station and the main shopping area, including a massive Aeon Mall. Food and beverages - breakfast was a tasty spread of Japanese and Western food. There's also a self-service welcome drink bar, where you can mix your own cocktails. Facilities - the onsen was great, though a little small. The self-service amenities bar was well stocked and provided a lot of useful creams and lotions.

The breakfast area was good and the staff incredibly helpful. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The hotel was good value for money and had everything that we needed.

I wish there would have been better drinks at the welcome bar. There were many strange mixers but no beer and only a couple of spirits. Also, I found the bed to be quite hard and not that comfortable, but my chunky pillow was great.

I thought this hotel was incredibly well priced for what you receive. Pillow selection, 3 hours of socializing in bar with free drinks, hot and cold beverages alcohol and non-alcohol, breakfast is included, coffee and croissants started my day, and a great location. Staff spoke English well. Such amazing value.

We wished we had stayed more than one night abd we will base ourselves there next time we visit Okayama

Really good value for money. Short walk away from Okayama station and perfect location to set off to explore the city. The entire hotel felt very clean. Breakfast might look unimpressive at first sight but actually full of little tasty surprises: their baked goods really are great.
