The young lady that checked us is went well above regular customer service. My husband is disabled. She saw my struggle as we walked in. I asked about the location of the ice machine. She told me to not worry about it, she would bring the ice to us. That was so helpful go get us settled in. I do not remember her name. She was the only person on duty at that time. We appreciate this small gesture. This is one of the reasons we choose Try by Hilton for our cross country travel.

Not a thing.

Fresh fruit and coffee were fine. Because it is summer family vacation time, the line for pancakes (my favorite) was quite busy. That's okay, I passsed by the carbs. Very clean and well presented. The portable ironing board was a plus and fresh thick towels. Regret that I left without tipping housekeeping. Love the laminate flooring! It's much more sanitary than carpeting. Great design and simple decor. I will be back!

This was honestly the coolest place my husband and I have ever stayed, and we travel often! All of the staff was fantastic! Everything was super clean, and the rooms were incredibly efficient and comfortable. The dispensers for the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are brilliant. We loved all the options available for snacks and drinks and the great breakfast choices. We will definitely stay again and look for Tru by Hilton places from now on!

There is nothing we would change, other than we wish we could have stayed longer!

The bright, energetic style is so different from other hotels. Also the simple efficient hanging posts in the room. The bathroom had a great shower with real door instead of a slider and it felt very stable. Very clean. Love the shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser in the shower. The lemon sugar body wash was my favorite.

Cleaver design of the room, modern and minimal. Pool table and games in the lobby encouraged socialization. Outdoor fireplace pit was enjoyed.

$40 for my dog to stay with me us higher than expected, should be $25. Room space was ok for a short stay, not that comfortable for a longer stay, especially if a couple.

We travel quite a bit and book hotels that have good or better reviews. Then we check in and see the hotel property and are disappointed and find the reviews to be lacking some truth. After reading the review for this hotel we were cautiously optimistic but when we were checked we realized Tru exceeded our expectations. That included the breakfast which was excellent with many options.

perfect for kids. lots of things to keep them busy in lobby. snacks plentiful and affordable. Room was clean, and tidy. Staff was perfect. Coffee was excellent for a Hotel. I would stay here again and again.

Only…. The taste of the water in the breakfast space. However they have filtered water was great by the ice machine.

i didnt like the bed-which was more firm than i prefer and the pillows were super fluffy, also not what im used to. i understand those comforts can be hard to please by everyone. the walls/doors didnt seem to sound deadening.

The hotel/room was extremely clean, cute, cozy, modern, and breakfast was great! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion were amazing. Everyone at the service desk was super friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate that the room was so clean, especially in a pet friendly room. Most other pet friendly hotels have less than acceptable rooms but this dog-friendly room was cleaner than other hotels that don't allow animals. Definitely recommend and will only stay here when I'm in the area!
