Location and facilities were various

The checkin process take too long and with the presence of a special need guest they initially gave us a room in the 3rd floor for a guest on a wheelchair with no elevator after fearther waiting to give a room as been requested before arrival the deny the availability when talking to the Management not the receptionists immediately we were provided a room on the ground floor but at 1st night it was not clean

All was great. Excelent vacation. Great entertaiments for kids, this is what we expecting for. Great restaurants and bars, cool kids room concept, friendly people.

The problem was at check-in, we were given a lot of incomprehensible papers that had to be filled out, in particular the date of the wedding and so on, a lot of confidential information that I would not want to fill. On what the manager, turk guy, started yelling at me and told his colleague that if I do not fill it out then kick him out of the hotel. This is despite the fact that I was with small children after 4 hours of travel. This is the most unpleasant impression I have left and I understand that this man was the boss of the lobby. Maybe he was tired, but he had no right to say that to me. I think such people should not work in the service industry.

I had a fantastic experience at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the reception team and the hotel manager. Thank you for your warm welcome and for arranging a ground floor room with upgrades — it truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks also goes to the hardworking housekeeping staff. The room was always spotless and well-maintained, and your efforts did not go unnoticed. I also want to commend the restaurant team — the service was excellent, and the food variety and quality were consistently impressive. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and appreciate the dedication of everyone who made it special. I look forward to my next stay here.

In room TV channels is very limited.

1. Breakfast is quite enough with a variety of food. 2. Beds & Towels are comfortable and changed by the personnel every day. 3. The hotel is big and includes more than 5 swimming pools, so it's good not to sit with the people side by side.

1. The swimming pools were not clean enough. 2. It should not be allowed to leave the towels in early times in the early morning to allocate the sunbeds. People leave the towels on both sides, even in the beach and near the swimming pool, to use both whenever they want. With 2 children, I could not find the free sunbeds due to the unused sunbeds only allocated with the towels for long hours. 3. Stony sea

Where to begin…. It is an awesome place! Well deserved value for money. Great grounds. Ample enough, good amount of activities, good amount of bars. Great pools. Great rooms. Spacious. Good night entertainment. Awesome slides for both grown ups and kids. Very well kept beach. Lots of water bottles everywhere. From reception going in you can tell it is a 5 star hotel. Special mentions: A smile goes a long way in hospitality. So many people taking care of guests, doing the same job over and over. We did appreciate the good vibe and affability of Hatira at reception, awesome job. Ajit a waiter in the restaurant always with good attitude and getting to know the guests a bit, Ranzi and the guys doing day shifts at the Mare bar. Good service! Antivelina in reception bar makes great coffee! The 2 hostesses at the buffet restaurant: always greating with a smile. Don’t have any names, but people doing rooms, gardeners, cleaners… all doing a great job.

Not so much to say. Might be a cultural thing, but some personal (excluding the ones above) could be more affable. Wouldn’t hurt them to learn some English and be trained in hospitality.

- the concept of location feels you very peaceful. You are literally in nature. green, purple colours are everywhere. - Service was excellent especially in Gilbert Bar. Speacial thanks to the team (Meryem, Kadir, Remzi etc.) Try their cocktails. - Food variety was over my expectations. The taste was great. - Pools and aquapark were good too.

- There are no so many things to complain to be honest. Maybe some minor things like car parking, housekeeping and airconditioner problems.

Everything was great except for the safeguarding at the big pool area.

The safeguard at the aqua park pool was lazy, checking his phone. The pool beds were not enough for everyone and he told the guests to go and pick up the bed for themselves from far away (about 70 metres) I don’t think this is a good service for a 5* hotel

Loved the landscape of the hotel. Very compact, easy to reach everywhere which is critical for families with kids. Liked the night shows. The sea was wonderful when it wasn't wavy, the pools were clean and had a good aquapark. Had a good variety for food but the tastes were just okay - breakfast was an exception it was very good.

The quality of the ingredients and especially soft drink quality (cola etc.) could be much better.

The facility has a great location and established in a good place with lots of trees, pools, slides. The kids club is nice. Wifi is good. The buffet has mainly large selection . The stuff is generally nice and helpful. The hotel is peaceful. They also upgraded our room to family room which was very helpful with 3 yo.

Housekeeping is horrible. I vote ‘’ZERO ‘’ for them. They are super rude. They haven’t clean our room for 3 days even if i asked 5 times. The explanation was the room number was showing different in the system. Stuff has bad communication between them. So, I had to change our towels and bedsheets ourself and room was a mess. They could have sent a cake or bottle of wine for apology. Grill / BBQ should have more options. Kids club activities should be improved. They should put a coffee machine to the room. It was very nice stay and you can book the hotel without a doubt.

Surrounded by gorgeous nature, many swimming pools- some were sunny, some were located in shades of marvelous pines and palms. The food was outstanding and various. I definitely recommend ordering a few cocktails in Gilbert bar. They were made of quality imported alcohol, well mixed, and beautifully served. Ice-cream was served from noon till 9PM.

The beach is not very comfortable for not confident swimmers — huge stones on the bottom, some garbage. In the end of June the Internet was me (we visited this hotel a month ago, and the Internet connection was way better)
