Staff was super!! Very friendly & helpful. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Very convenient to where we were going. We asked for a 1st floor & got one (no elevator).

Some rooms had coffee makers & some didnt. Same for fridges but when we asked for one they brought it right away. Sofa bed had seen better days. Breakfast was cereal & a few packaged pastries. Parking lot could use some work.

Peaceful to get a good night sleep, great parking, room was clean and staff was helpful checking in. Checking out Alisha, the manager was friendly and during our small talk she had been manager for 17 years. Overall the price was very reasonable and less frills is understandable, but I felt safe and rooms was clean.

No microwave in my room and TV didn’t work,

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean so that was a plus for us.

The only thing we didn't like at the hotel was the bed. It was hard and uncomfortable, I have back problems and it caused for a very restless night. I know everyone is different so don't let this make your decision to not stay because it is a nice hotel

There isn't a hot breakfast, and the pool was temporarily closed, but the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again which is the strongest recommendation I can give. Pets are $30 additional per night, so I was glad I was traveling dogless this time.

We love the location because it is 10 minutes from our family we come to visit several times a year. The jacuzzi is very relaxing.

The carpet smells a bit musty and needs to be replaced.

I thought the convivence and the locale of the place made for a wonderful experience. I enjoy seeing the mountains too.

The air quality of the room seemed stuffy, like they hadn't been aired out.

Excellent location nice staff clean rooms, nice pool.

Few bad guests, tried to write on my door. Seeing how they were just passing through, I don't hold it against the hotel. Do double check there is a door between the rooms Make sure it is locked and bolted.

Had a good stay; I fortunately the first room I was put in was a smoking room and had no refrigerator or microwave; then transferred to a non-smoking room on the second floor which was better. I originally booked for a king room but got a double.
