Property has an amazing location and I loved the bungalows and the gardens from outside. It is absolutely spotless and beautifully kept.

I didn’t like the shower as water was getting everywhere when showering. But this is a personal preference. Shower was spacious enough and clean. I think having some extra toiletries available would be a nice touch as well as slippers and a bathrobe. I didn’t like that there is a coffee machine in the room but you are given only two pods for your entire stay. They don’t replenish coffee pods or tea or water in the room. There was no milk available and no instant coffee either. For extra coffee pods there is a charge 0,50€. However, we have been given some free of charge as they were a little busy at the reception and running late with the request. Staff were absolutely lovely. Overall only tea/coffee replenishment was a real miss for me everything else was satisfactory.

The room was very nice and spacious, bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was also clean, even had conditioner which is rare in hotels. The staff were very nice. The location it’s ok, some restaurants around. But a good 20 mins walk to the center town. The beach nearby is very nice. I only had breakfast in the hotel, it was everyday the same but it was good. And can choose a couple of things from menu like pancakes or Bénédicte eggs. The pool was a bit cold, plenty of space and sunbeds. I had a bottle of pink sparkling wine as a welcome gift.

Most rooms had sun beds in their balcony but mine didnt. I probably could’ve asked for one maybe. The rooms can get hot and stuffy sadly the air on was in winter mode and could only give hot air, when I asked to change it so I can get cold air they told me it’s not possible so I had to have the balcony door open to get some air and had bugs coming in. It can be a bit noisy as there is a karaoke nearby but it stopped at 10:30pm. There were two bars nearby but they weren’t open for the season yet thankfully.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. Comfy bed and great shower. The cleaning staff were great and everything was spotless. We arrived early and the check in staff let us store our luggage, also giving us a key to access the facilities in the mean time. The reception staff called me to let me know our room was ready early, which I thought was a nice touch. They kindly delivered us some prosseco later on, free of charge, for our anniversary. We went half board and the food was fantastic. At breakfast there was a buffet with lots of cooked and continetial selections. There was also a menu with several a la carte options with things like avocado ansd smoked salom toast, pancakes, waffles, eggs benny etc. Fresh juice tea/coffee also served to your table. These were all at no extra charge. Dinner was also great, far better than an average hotel buffet, comparable to a pricey resrtuant in terms of quality and choice, great meat, fish, paella, pasta, charcetuerie, veg, fruit desert etc. There was an additional either meat or fish option each night (steak, tuna etc.) which was cooked by the chef if/when ordered, served to your table, alongside what you choose from the buffet (which you can go to as much as you like). Drinks an additional charge at dinner, not crazily priced, and you could either pay at the time or just add it to your room. The staff at mealtimes were amazing and very attentive, everything was immaculate. As its not a huge hotel (like some AIs nearby) the dining expereince was calm and enjoyable, sometimes with live singers/ harpist. The hotel was just a minute througb private gated access to Cala Ferrera (gorgeous, paddelboard/kayak etc 15 euro) and 10 mins from Cala Serena, nor much further from any others. The main strip of bars/ resrtuants was 15 mins, but lots of bars and spars within minutes.

It was modern and close to everything. The people were nice and understanding. Everything worked out great and we had an awesome time, thanks! Very flexible with food, thanks!

- ants in our room 🐜 - the floor in our room was a little bit dirty - not all of the dessert was there anymore around 9 pm ( and we paid for it) - a little tip for other guests: tell them ahead that you have vegetarian options or that you‘re able to make different food [ we didn’t know and found out by ourselves on day 2]

Fabulous location with a private entrance to the beach at Ferrera. Adults only concept meant for a calm experience. Very kind and helpful staff. Huge room and balcony overlooking the beach and pool area. Very comfortable bed. A small fridge in the room but was big enough for snacks and drinks. Lots of shelves but no drawers. TV with BBC 1 & 2! Big bathroom with a very good rain shower. Very clean, we chose to have cleaning every second day which was always done meticulously. The buffet breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Dinner was equally good, lots of tasty options. The restaurant manager and his staff were very attentive and super polite. You can see the chefs at work in the open kitchen, which I think is a good sign of confidence and ability. We had a request about our room and it was taken care of quickly. A lovely 'customer experience manager' checked on us now and then and provided great tips for our stay. Pool area in September was not crowded and we always got a sun bed. Parking outside was limited but after day trips to other areas we always got the last space! A talented guitarist strummed Spanish songs gently during breakfast and poolside on the Saturday, such a nice touch.

The chairs on the balcony were a bit strange and sloped downwards which meant we slipped off (not the wine!). But we asked for new chairs and they came the next day. The thumping from the speakers during entertainment in the family section encroached on our peace a couple of evenings but hey, we were on holiday so can't really grumble, and it stopped at 22:45. Take ear plugs if you need an early night!

We enjoyed our stay at MarSenses! It was our first trip to Mallorca, and it was a success right away! The hotel is located 1 minute away from the beach. The area is clean, spacious, and very good-looking. We also liked the food selection: the dishes were diverse and delicious. The staff is friendly, communicative, and always willing to help. We also noticed that the area is safe and calm. There were only a few bars around, but there was no loud music or noise at night.

- The room's renovation was of average quality. Our toilet flush was broken, and instead of a double bed, we had two single beds pushed together. The room cleaning could have been better, as we sometimes still found dirt on the floor, mirrors, or sink after cleaning. - Be prepared to be woken up every morning at 7 a.m. by roosters crowing outside the window. But there is nothing to do with the hotel; they are wild and are everywhere in the area! :)

The pool area is small but plenty of sun beds available and so quiet! The breakfast area is modern and looks right over the pool area, which is lovely in the morning. The staff were very helpful and even brought us dessert to our room one afternoon! The hotel is just opposite a beach and close to the town. There’s a mini market right opposite the hotel and free parking around the hotel grounds (small but we always managed to find a space). The balconies are huge and ours included table, chairs and a bench but most balconies had the addition of a day bed so you could sunbathe on the balcony! A great hotel if you want to stay just outside of the busy Cala D’Or centre.

The rooms weren’t cleaned throughly enough compared to other hotels we have visited. The rooms were cleaned every other day which is fine but we noticed that shampoos and hand wash etc were not replaced and our used tea cups were also not cleaned or replaced. The towels and bedding were changed during our stay which is the most important. There is a cockerel which walks around the hotel grounds and is very loud from 5:30am onwards, so if you are a light sleeper I suggest bringing ear plugs!

**Hotel Review** My stay at marsenses ferrrera blanca hotel was exceptional. The location is superb, offering easy access to local attractions. The staff were remarkable, always professional and friendly. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. The facilities, including the gym and lounge areas, were excellent. The only thing missing was a spa, but overall, marsenses ferrrera blanca hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Location Location Location Fantastic stuff (Aline - Manager) thank you for everything and small touches like Brut with chocolates to celebrate evening. Food was great, however I recommend to go for chef selection. :) We found many great beaches around - the best was Esmeralda. The beach club bar above gives you amazing drinks and views.

Invitation wasn't perfect - many people at the same time were waiting for the room, but at the end we get superb room.

Perfect location, lovely neat rooms, nice facilities, decent food and really great stuff which makes a whole difference. The reception team have been nice and professional, from trying to help us sort out an additional day of stay, to support during a medical emergency in the middle of the night.
