Perfect base for exploring Sukhothai. Bike rental very reasonable and we wanted to leave early for sunrise so the lady at reception arranged bikes for us the night prior. 5 minute cycle in to town to get dinner. Room was clean, plenty of towels provided, good AC. Pool area very well maintained and lots of sun loungers. Lady on reception spoke limited English so we communicated through Google translate, she was very patient and kind with us and this method worked well! We arranged our onwards tuk tuk with them at a set good price, you pay the driver directly too, it all felt very transparent. Would not hesitate to book again.

Would be great if they had a simple breakfast available but they have a recommendation around the corner instead or of course you can cycle to town.

Very lovely and attentive staff. The pool is definitely a welcome bonus especially in the hotter time of the year. Our room was cosy and clean and had everything you needed. The information sheet provided was helpful. A nice relaxing retreat.

I do feel as though the bicycles and maybe breakfast should be included in the price for the accommodation as there is no breakfast on site so even a discount would be appreciated. The location isn't the most central but that is also part of the appeal and you know that when you book it. Lovely place.

Such a quiet and tranquil hotel. One of the nicest stays I've had on my travels. Had a room with a window overlooking the pool and scenery. Limits on noise in the evening, can hear the surrounding wildlife. It's really a perfect fit for Sukhothai and a great place for couples or single travelers to get away.

Think the hotel offers tuk tuk taxis to town, they can arrange. Believe they also offer rental on bicycles and motorbikes, although I rented a motorbike from another hotel. In my opinion pretty essential when in sukhothai to get around freely.

We stayed in the guesthouse, the resort is just around the corner, the standard of the resort is also noticeable in the guesthouse, everything is super neat, tidy and clean, the staff very helpful and English-speaking, if you found no one English-speaking in the guesthouse, you could easily turn to the staff of the resort! You can rent bikes from the resort and there is a very decent laundry service (drop off before 10am, back the same day at 5pm!).

There was no breakfast in the guesthouse, but you could easily ask for it in the resort, the buffet there is really good, large selection between Thai and Western breakfast, good coffee! The only downer could be the situation at the pool, as the pool is used by both the guesthouse and the resort, it can get a bit crowded in the afternoon! If you want to go out for dinner, you have to drive a bit to Old Sukhothai Center or to New Sukhothai.

This hotel is located close to Sukhotai Historic Park, in a quiet location, yet near the lake area with restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and pool allowed very nice relax after exploring the historic park. Very nice staff. You can borrow bikes at the hotel, only 50 baht per 24 hours which makes exploring the sights even bigger fun. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff here were amazing, they really went above and beyond. Great pool and rooms for a very decent price too

Amazing stay in all of my thailand trip, great room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. super efficient staff, the lady quickly washed my clothes and dry them in 2 hours and for a good price. Location is nice and you get to hire their bikes to cycle around those ancient ruins. we'll done, thank you

all good, except the bikes are not that good for long biking distance.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, we would stay here again! -Lovely staff, they couldn't do more for us. -Location in a peaceful area within walking distance of the historical park (15-20 minutes). -Room very clean and spacious bathroom with great shower. -Complimentary water every day. -Outdoor pool is a plus!

It’s in a quiet nature area near the Sukhotai historic park. The swimming pool area is nice and is shared with the adjacent hotel. Excelent wifi. Free private parking available. We had room 7 facing the swimming pool on the 1st floor. The room was clean and cosy. Bicycles for hire for 50B per day.

Like the room, the queen size bed was also small. The shower drainage could be improved (or unclogged?) because a lot of water was being collected.

Wonderfully clean, crisp air conditioning, great WiFi, really comfortable bed, clean sheets and bedding and a fantastic swimming pool that was very well maintained, we even had extra towels for the pool in our room. Bicycle hire is available from the sister hotel a couple of minutes walk from here. We used the bicycles to explore Sukhothai and didn't have any issues. We'd love to have stayed here a few days longer, but our schedule wouldn't allow it.
