Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful garden, also very nice decoration. Because the bathtub was out of order we got a free Thai massage. There was a thubnerstorm which caused that the pool was temporarily out of order for maintenance, which is normal in these cases. The staff did all to make sure the kids could swim later in the afternoon. Some elements are a bit outdated or can use some new lick of paint but overall still very nice place. Breakfast was ok with really nice Thai options but some of the juices seemed to be not drinkable anymore. The staff recommends a restaurant close by which offers excellent food, free Tuktuk service to bring you there.

We loved the look, the vibe and and comfiness of our room (Triple Room with balcony). The private deck was a pleasant bonus! We enjoyed hanging out there and watching the fish in the pond. Very relaxing! The hotel staff were pleasant & courteous. Mr. Wattana of Front Desk was very warm, friendly and helpful. He even recommended to use the free bicycles of the resort and to try some nearby restaurant and attractions. We enjoyed the recommended weekend Sukhothai Street Market. Definitely going back next year for the Loi Krathong Festival!

The plants in the garden were well-maintained but the grounds and the pond could've been cleaned better. Lots of fallen dried leaves were left in the pond. I understand that it was rainy season though. It's a good thing that the swimming pool was kept clean.

the location of this hotel 5 min bicycle ride to the historic park was superb. A very good restaurant with an air-conditioned area is right at the corner of the street less than 2 min walk away. pool was nice and clean. The owner and all staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room good size and bathroom good size as well.

2x during a thunderstorm electricity in the entire city went out, once for 10min and second time for 2hrs. Not sure it would be fair to blame the hotel for this as whole neighborhood went dark.

Quiet, charming hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was helpful and gracious. They helped us arrange a driver for some sightseeing. We stayed at this resort over the New Year's holiday. It was easy to walk back and forth from the hotel to the historic park. The bicycles were in rough shape and could use some maintenance or replacement. Our room was spacious and pretty.

The structure also offers bicycles for guests - and sent a tuk tuk free of charge when things went wrong! One member of our group got a flat tire: after a call to the hotel, a tuk tuk was sent to pick up the traveller and the bike. Excellent service!

Quiet location but very close to the Historical Park. Comfortable room and bed Strong Thai style which we really liked. It made a change from staying in a more contemporary hotel. Really helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast at a reasonable cost. Would return.

Great staff, very nicely decorated resort and very good situation. They offered us bikes which was so convenient to visit the historical park. Very good value for money

Nice pool, large room, free bikes, and the staff there —Mr. Wattana — was a proactive, kind and helpful resource for everything. Location was just a quick 2 min bike ride from the park and the stretch of restaurants on the way.

Room wasn’t very clean. Was about a 6 out of 10 for cleanliness.

A wonderful setting and hotel decor. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was close to the beautiful old city if you planned on visiting. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was just serviceable and there was no cereal or muesli, etc on offer.
