As the name states - its very charming place, with the lakes, fish and greens around. Room was really nice, specious and clean. We had issue with loud AC and were moved to another room after first night, lady at the reception was very helpful. Breakfast was average, staff really nice and friendly, but we were out of seasson and I guess manager was not around, staff was on the phones when bored during breakfast, which is not really usual for 4* resorts. I have seen (but not used) they have bicycles for rent/land, which is great thing for seeing the historical park and ruins around. Also they sell food for fish and you can feed them. Small capsule coffee machine would be nice instead of instant coffee in the rooms :) In general it was really nice stay, Sukothai and this resort are very beautiful

The entire resort was well designed and private, giving an air of seclusion. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the water gardens. They served lunch and dinner in an area overlooking the “lake”. The food was tasty and well priced. They had a massage room and would recommend the Thai massage and reflexology foot massage, so good.

The breakfast had a large variety, but the coffee was awful. There was a large variety of Asian options, but less so for western options. Fruit selection could have been better and there were no pastries. While the serving staff were helpful the front desk staff less so. When asked about places to eat or other suggestions they could provide very little assistance. They provided complimentary bicycles, but they were not well maintained. Used on one day, but was not good, ended up hiring a bike from a hire place down the road which would recommend as they were well maintained and proved much easier to ride. Worth the 40 Bhatt for the day.

This is a beautiful, peaceful oasis in Sukhothai, just 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bicycle from the old city and very close to the night market and a couple of restaurants. The hotel is very calm and quiet and incredibly beautiful with the lake, gardens and little bridges. Everyone from the staff is so nice and helpful, the service is truly outstanding. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the little balcony is a fantastic addition. Despite the water there aren’t too many mosquitoes around. The breakfast is delicious. We were here during low season and the options were limited, but the staff cooks eggs to taste (e.g. omelette) and the taste and presentation are outstanding. The restaurant is great too, overlooking the lake and serving delicious (if expensive) Thai food. We had a transfer late in the evening on the day of checkout and the staff allowed us to use the room for longer and use the facilities and pool for as long as we wanted. We will definitely be back here next time we come to Sukhothai!

The bathrooms are a little bit dated but they have recently renovated some areas and are starting new renovations. Food at the restaurant is very good but on the more expensive side.

The room was gorgeous. Very spacious, clean, with a desk, coffee maker and cups if needed. Big windows. The property has a beautiful pool. The restaurant for dinner service was very nice, food was good and reasonably priced. Overall we felt like it was a very nice resort to spend a few days.

Well, in the low season hotels tend to reduce their services. The breakfast was difficult to stomach. They had a limited menu of very unappetizing eggs and hot dogs. Fruit was limited to some melon and dragon fruit. No yogurt or anything light and fresh. One day they broke out the full buffet, but it was all rather unappealing. Another issue is the breakfast area was outdoors. This invited all kinds of insects. Also, the thought of eating lukewarm greasy eggs and hotdogs in humid, hot weather in the morning outdoors was simply nauseating. I managed with toast and coffee. But the whole breakfast thing was disappointing. And there is really nowhere else to go.

The location is excellent and the hotel is about 500m from the main road. It's only 1.5km to the Historical Park which is the main attraction. The staff are extremely polite and helpful and everything was done with a smile. It's an oldish hotel and the rooms are semi detached bungalows set in a garden with lily ponds flowing throughout the property. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was pretty good and well priced. The grounds are well maintained with an adequate swimming pool. There are plenty of loungers & umbrellas and towels are provided at the pool,

The breakfast was the weakest area of our stay. I must say though, in their defense, we were there in the low season which is their quietest time and there were very few guests.It would be hard for them to lay out a big buffet for only a handful of people. But they did try thier best to serve off the A'La Carte menu.

The property is beautifully laid out to provide a luxury boutique resort feel. The building architecture has a traditional feel, featuring spacious comfortable bungalows, ours had a private balcony overlooking a picturesque pond filled with blooming lily pads. The patio restaurant has a lovely view of the sparkling pool and very tasty food. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in assisting us with organizing rides and answering our questions. The pool was fantastic, the water was clean and the perfect refreshing temperature, and with many choices of loungers or tables in sun or shade it was a peaceful place to relax during the heat of the day!

We loved our stay at this property, it is very well landscaped and felt very peaceful. The greenery added a particular charm to this location and it was very close to the historical park, we opted to walk there which took 20 minutes, you can also hire bicycles which would make this quicker. We enjoyed our massages here and the food was very good. The room was very well decorated and comfortable and our terrace overlooked a pond which was particularly nice to enjoy a morning coffee. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The resort provides very nice and large bungalows in a beautiful and well maintained garden, there is also a very .nice large swimming pool. Dinner in the restaurant overlooking a large pond was absolutely delicious and the provided service was very friendly. Also the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing.

Breakfast was very good with all the typical things and some local foods. Location of property is not far from the Main Street and having available bicycles at the property was a bonus. Property is lovely.

Shower water could have been hotter. Otherwise all else was good.

The little houses surrounded by nature were amazing. Like a little escape from reality. The houses were clean and very spacious. I asked to change my room to a room with two single beds and received an amazing room with a double bed and single bed! Beyond my expectations. The food was amazing as well and the pool is very nice.

It was difficult for the staff to communicate in English but they did their best. It did not affect my stay in a bad way.
