The experience of this hotel was an absolute indulgence. Quite, peaceful, fantastically cared for property with incredible lotus garden in the middle of the yard. Great rooms and the infinity pool and the breakfast, so was the spa experience. Great pleasure of staying and great value for money.

The only minor point was that our room looked at a very green, well cared and quite - still a parking space. They have rooms om 2 sides, should we come back I would ask for the other side. Having said this - we had absolutely no noise or disturbance from the parking.

The pictures do not convey how gorgeous this hotel really is! Amazing amenities, friendly and hospitable staff, beautiful and well-maintained gardens, and an incredible big pool that looks super scenic at night are just some of the highlights that come to my mind. Every day the staff brought us some complimentary delicacies to our room, it was so lovely! There is a nice shop at the reception where I could buy local ceramics and fabrics. The staff were very responsive to our wishes and always treated us with respect and kindness while catering to our wishes. The breakfast was great! And the facial treatment in the spa is a definite recommend. The atmosphere of the hotel is overall very zen, and there is purposeful ambient lighting in all indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel. In every little design element, I could see great love for details.

We had a miscommunication with our hostess about the snacks and drinks in the room. They confirmed that these were complimentary but we ended up having to pay. Hot water in our room was unstable: it would turn cold after a while and then back to hot, and so on. The AC in our room was surprisingly loud.

We are a group of 18 and had an amazing time at the resort! The staff were excellent, the breakfast was great, the rooms were lovely, and the gardens were well-maintained. We stayed in different types of rooms, and each one was beautifully decorated. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We love the pool and so essential to us. The pool’s murky water needs quick attention to ensure it’s sparkling clean, as it was a little dusty. Nevertheless, we still swam everyday during our stay to cool down on a hot day.

I loved the stay here, the room was amazing with a gorgeous view of the pagoda. The bathtub had bath bomb ready for you. The pool was great with view over rice fields. I would a 100% stay here again.

I had a hard time sleeping because there were security lights shining in my room. But I also had drank an espresso after dinner. I only saw the next morning that there shutter rolled up outside. So maybe would be good to make guest aware of those. But i still loved it there

The location is absolutely charming amidst a generous garden with a large pool, a pond and a view on an ancient chedi. We used the bikes provided by the hotel to conveniently tour the sites. Because the restaurant was closed during our stay we had our meals at the pool house which was ok. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially when we had leaks in our room after a heavy thunderstorm.

The setting is magnificent and the swimming pool is probably the best I've ever had in any hotel. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and had a lovely terrace overlooking the rice fields. It's a perfect location for exploring the historical park

The food was somewhat underwhelming in the restaurant, compared with the amazing flavours that we had experienced in the country so far

Absolutely gorgeous property, incredible staff, super accommodating and great breakfast. Facilities are excellent, rooms are stunning, but the staff made the trip. They gave excellent recommendations for food, organised taxis and tuk tuks for us (even when away from the hotel) and were constantly anticipating our needs. I’ve never felt so looked after in a hotel before.

Swirilai is so beautiful, in every aspect! This resort in Sukhothai is very special. We loved the beautiful details, the location and the kindness of everybody here. Don't hesitate, go to this hotel!

Staff members made every effort to make us feel at home. The location is beautiful and they paid attention to the details. We enjoyed very much the day trip excursion to Si Satchnalai historical park organized by the hotel. We liked the food both Thai and Western at the restaurant.
