We had a truly exceptional stay at OldTown Boutique House Sukhothai. Joum is a very kind and attentive hostess, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The small boutique house is just that: a tastefully decorated and very comfortable place to spend time in Sukhothai. We also enjoyed the location. Joum was always available to provide advice about visiting Sukhothai, and she has a well-prepared information booklet for her guests. We very highly recommend OldTown Boutique House Sukhothai to travelers visiting Sukhothai.

Nothing, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Firstly, the location is as good as you can get. Three minutes walk to the entrance gate of the Wats, and about five minutes from the Old Town bus station. The property is clean, quiet and well-maintained. The owners are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you. They provide a lot of information on things to do/see, places to eat and drink (although I found my own just by walking along the main street) and can advise on and book onward transport arrangements.

Everything!!our room was clean,spacious and comfortable. Joum was a fantastic host. She is very kind, attentive and approachable. Although breakfast wasn't included in our booking, the free buffet available for all the guests was more than we expected. Fresh fruits, jam,bread, biscuits,coffee and more. Location was great, just a few steps away from the central part of the historical park. Bikes were not available but you could easily rent them in one of the many bike shops around for just 30 thb. We loved sukhothai and this accommodation. Highly recommended.

If i have to find something,maybe the beds were a bit too hard for our personal preference. But not a big issue anyway.

Location is excellent. Less than 5 minute walk to historical park and less than 5 minute walk to night street vendors. They help coordinate taxi from THS airport. This was a big deal for me.( space ben would not help with scheduling a taxi likely due to english understanding)

No breakfast provided and no bikes provided. Sure vendors are close but Space Ben (2 houses down provides both). Air conditioning took several hours to get to comfortable temp

We absolutely loved staying here. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and helped us to organise our day trip around Sukhothai. The room was lovely and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the Sukhothai historical park. You couldn't get any closer. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast is just simple toast and jam. But we knew that before we went, so it wasn't a problem for us.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was just around the corner from the restaurants/shops, the historic park, and the evening market, but it felt very peaceful and secluded. The room and team were both wonderful. The room was spacious, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The owner was super helpful and even helped us coordinate a ride to the national park.

Old Town Boutique House is in a quiet location very close to the Sukhothai Historic Park. The room is quite a reasonable size, the bed was firm but comfortable. Facilities are fairly basic but very functional and with touches of Thi styling making it so much more attractive than most budget accommodation. There is a breakfast room with free tea, coffee, toast and jam. The family that run this are delightful, welcoming and helpfu. This is truly exceptional value and highly recommended

At this price I cannot think of anything.

The guesthouse is located right in between the Historical Park and the long-distance Bus Station. We had a late check-in on our first day, but the host was still there waiting for us and leave notes on our door. Also, the host helped us booking a taxi to the Sukhothai Airport at a better price than booking in other agencies in the town we queried.

The geusthouse is near a lake area and the water in the lake is not in good condition, which leads to lots of mosquitos. Also, in the night you will hear the noisy sounds of the toads, insects, etc. The wind from air-con is right to the head side of the bed, which is not very comfortable.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. The location is great, just about 500 meters from the entrance of the historic park, and there are plenty of restaurants and even a 7-Eleven nearby. Would stay there again.

The location is perfect to visit specially the Historic Park. It was very clean. The room and the bed comfortable. The woman that recieves the guests is very kind and helpful. The last day I went for lunch and when I paid I forgot to take the change. I took a grab to the airport and minutes before arriving I realized that I did not have the money to pay the driver. I called the hotel lady and she went to the restaurant, she withdrew the money and paid the driver for me. Without her help I don't know how I would have solved it! I am infinitely grateful to the lady at Oldtown Boutique Hotel. Highly recommended!
