It was a great location. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and professional.

The rooms needed to be more soundproof. We could hear people talking in the hallways when they went by, and they weren't even talking loud. The people above us had a lot of kids, and we could hear every step they took. We could hear it over our TV in the room.

It was all great—clean, peaceful, comfortable, and very convenient to the nearby regional airport.

We had a choice of many properties, all similar price and hotel genre. We specifically chose this one because of the included breakfast—we were flying out early in the morning and that would make life easier. We learned at checkin, that as of July 2023, the breakfast is not included, but available for purchase. That feels like a long time to not have changed that info on Booking! We were disappointed—more for the bait and switch than for no breakfast!!

No complimentary breakfast for coffee/tea in the lobby. We've always enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and hot beverages several times before. Breakfast was ready and waiting anytime during the time window. It was a time saver rather than waiting to order somewhere.

The eggs, sausage and Belgian waffles are SUPERB! The staff are warm, efficient and accomodating. You will find no better value on the high end.

Construction near the entrance was no problem and we never heard a sound. Comfy beds, good pillows, very good breakfast. Lemon water in the lobby was very much appreciated! At breakfast, I mentioned softly to my friend that I wished for bacon rather than the two different sausage types offered. The lovely woman attending the buffet quietly said she could have bacon ready for me in minutes—no problem. What a surprise, and So kind!

I loved the little pond they had in the back of the hotel

It was very warm in my room the thermo was set to 68 and I couldn’t turn it down anymore I was roasting after it being about 100• outside.

The facility was excellent, quiet, and clean. The woman at the front desk in the morning when we left was very friendly. Property is easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk clerk when we arrived was neither friendly nor helpful. Couldn’t find him most of the time. Other staff were on the hotel computers. Tv in room didn’t work. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Little league tournaments were going on, and not all parents pay attention to what their kids are doing late at night. There were a handful of them running in the hallway and banging on doors. This was not the fault of the staff. Aside from that, everything was fine.

Easy to find. Scenic property. Quiet, cool rooms, roll in shower. Comfortable bed. Indoor pool.

Breakfast wasn’t offered after 9am and was not free. Pool was too warm on hot days. It was more like a hot tub. Good for aches and pains, but not for cooling off.
