Incredible view. Room was well designed and decorated and very spacious

Beds were a disappointment. Pillows were feather down and just too soft - they compress completely and don’t support your neck. Mattresses were clapped out. New mattresses are a must for your guest to get a good night sleep

From the moment we arrived the staff blew us away by their ability to address any need we had. The valet, front desk, and room service all were quick, efficient and very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious and the view of the Garden of the gods was amazing! We didn't get to the Grand View restaurant but the Rocks and Kissing Camel both were fabulous. Great wine selection, delicious food, and pleasant attentive service. Much praise to the Chef and musician at the Kissing Camel. We were blown away by the talent and hospitality of both!

Beautiful setting and fabulous views. Great location for us as we were visiting our son at Colorado College. We enjoyed the gym and the classes. Very relaxing stay

Amazing views and location. Spa and gym were so well equipped, classes were great!! Infinity pool is very special.

The lobby is not very welcoming, there are no good hang out spaces. It has too much of a conference feel. Also cannot believe there was no tea/coffee in the lobby in the mornings

Gorgeous property, beautiful spacious room

Service at the grand view restaurant was not very welcoming. We tried to have dinner there, arriving at 9:15 and the restaurant doesn’t close till 10 and we were told they could not serve us. Additionally, when we went for breakfast we stood at the entrance for about three minutes before anyone greeted us as staff walked by us several times .

I loved the location, the view and the room was wonderful. The bathroom is huge and so nice.

Only 2 small suggestions. Would have liked a microwave in the room and conditioner instead of crème rinse, which did nothing for my hair.

The cottage was amazing, spacious, clean and modern. Amazing value. Lunch was great but the desserts were beautiful and beyond amazing. Staff was welcoming. Pool was heated but could have been warmer. Hot Tub was great.

Pool wasn’t clean- on the inside and on the outside. Umbrellas were laying around both days- no towels or seating options. The kissing camels restaurant was a huge let down however the staff took care of it. Communication was an issue and it took several phone calls to get things done. Room service was great.

Check in in was quick and seamless. Room was gorgeous, all the amenities you could need, fantastic view, super clean, bed very comfortable. Enjoyed an afternoon at the spa which was just lovely. Dinner in the main dining room was outstanding - service top notch, food great and the live music terrific. Kept us out to have another drink and enjoy the tunes. Used the gym in the morning and its spacious and well equipped. Perfect romantic night away.

One of the most breathtaking locations in the world! Pristine setting, beautiful hotel with exquisite views and real respect for the surroundings. Modern, comfortable, good sized rooms with all the amenities and lovely finishing touches. Romantic, peaceful and quiet, beautiful and special.

The view from the room was simply incredible, as it overlooks the Garden of the Gods, and faces Pike’s Peak. Three bucks walked right past our patio on our first morning there. We had a two-queen room, since all the King rooms were taken. Very spacious. Bathrooms have plenty of room, with two separated sinks and a walk-in closet. Shower was meh, but everything else about the room was very nice. We loved the gym, and my wife enjoyed a yoga and barre class. The 21-and-over infinity pool was nice and quiet, and the view from there is just as wonderful as the rooms.

We had a minor issue with the room that could not be resolved to our satisfaction, but the managers made things right with us in other ways, so we appreciated them working with us. We were on the first floor, so foot-traffic from children above was slightly irritating. For that reason, we may have preferred a second-floor room.
