The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, all the receptionists all the serving members, everyone is super nice, however I would especially mention two people, unfortunately I did not ask their names, but the polish student who works as a waitress and a Greek lady at the bar, truly amazing service! Food was great, plenty of options, beach, pool, bar everything was great!

There are two things that we did not like. 1 - Bed, in our double room we had two twin beds, it was pretty inconvenient to sleep. 2 - Sun-beds, unfortunately it was almost impossible to find a sun-bed after 9 am. All the sunbeds were “reserved” with towels.

Good location, close to Rethymno, ( beautiful city), 15 km distance, but a rental car is recommended. The hotel provides all you need for a decent & pleasant staying ( all inclusive package) : accommodation, cleaning, pool, restaurant & private beach in front of the hotel. Food was good , fresh & diverse. Cleaning daily, if you want or need. We had a pleasant staying & appreciated the small details: welcome wine & fruits, bottled water daily, toiletries & beach towels ( 10 €/ deposit refundable). Thank you for a lovely staying!

Things that can be improved: food & deserts ( some of the ingredients could have better quality/taste), but generally the food was good & fresh; lunch to go( main course was a sandwich with 1 slice of cheese & 1 slice of ham), mosquito nests on door/window . If you don’t expect usual 5 star luxury ( the hotel is somewhere between 3 & 4 star), you’ll have a great staying in an all you need nice & decent hotel.

We stayed for 10 days with family. Everything was nice. Good food, nice beach, helpful and friendly stuff, it's great that the hotel is fighting the "towel mafia" in the mornings. It’s a good place if you like a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Room was clean, good AC, cosmetics were refilled every day.

There was only one thing I didn't like, smoking is allowed almost everywhere at the hotel grounds, and smoking is allowed during meals on the restaurant terrace. There are many families with small children stayed at the hotel, it was very uncomfortable when we wanted to sit outside with our child to have dinner and people were smoking at the next table. It would be nice to have a separate place for smokers.

We stayed at the White Olive Elite Rethymno from August 6th to August 13th as a group of 13 people, and we had a wonderful experience from the very first moment. The rooms are spacious and very beautiful, especially those with a sea view, offering a truly pleasant panorama. The staff, both in the restaurant and at the reception, were always impeccable and helpful, meeting all our needs with great professionalism. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, who welcomed us and fulfilled every request with kindness and attention. We booked through Booking.com at a very good rate, and we can honestly say the value for money is excellent. On our last day, since our flight was at 10 p.m., they kindly offered us a service room to get changed and prepare in comfort – a gesture we greatly appreciated. The only small downside is that the sea in this area tends to be a bit rough, but for us, it was the perfect excuse to explore the wonderful places of Crete. In conclusion, these 5 stars go more to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff than to the structure itself, with a special mention to the manager for his kindness and attention. The staff were very kind and friendly. The pool was always clean, and the room was super comfortable. The sea is just a few steps away, and the sunbeds were also very relaxing. And of course, tasty food! Great stay overall!

Everything was just as expected, very quiet and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful holiday. If I had to mention something negative, it would be only the rule about not reserving sunbeds before 10 am or at the poolside. Unfortunately, many guests left towels on the sunbeds for hours, so most of them were reserved anyway, Maybe the hotel could control this better and remove towels from unattended sunbeds.

Everything was amazing! We arrived very late at night and had food waiting for us in the fridge! Room was clean and spacious, with beautiful view. Right on the beach and not too crowded. All the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Kostas who was very helpful and arranged also late check out.

The food could have varied a bit more from one day to another but we liked it nevertheless. The bartender at the nightbar should have a coworker. He does a great job but surely would appreciate extra help and guests would be happy not to wait in a long queue.

Great staff, sea view, beach

Location. Too isolated. no entertainment. It’s a European 3star hotel

The highlight was without a doubt the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The food was also excellent - lots of variety and consistently good quality.

Can't think of anything. The hotel and service exceeded our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for making our holiday a one to remember.

A very warm welcome on arrival, escorted to our room and given Wine/fruit platter on arrival. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food, there was a great salad selection, fresh fruit and a variety of hot meats. Great for a long weekend.

There was no entertainment in the evenings, and everyone had to be silent at 2300. Same play list on the speakers at the pool, this became repetitive.

A small piece of paradise! Where do you want to go back. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The food is delicious and varied. The territory is very clean (everything is cleaned every day).
