I had to attend a training workshop at Hotel Fortune Miramar. I wanted a place close enoughto the venue, and easy on the pocket, which I found Hotel Bela to be! I arrived earlier than the check in time, so decided to explore the neighbourhood ; and the lady at the reception allowed me to put my bag in luggage storage. Thanks! They serve breakfast 8 am onwards. They give you a paper with options to tick, which you have to submit about half an hour earlier. They also have a cloud kitchen and you can order lunch/dinner as well. Lots of restaurants around to satisfy your taste buds- Mums Kitchen, and Perfect Cup, to name a few. Spacious room, clean linen and washroom. All in all, hassle free and value for money! Thank you!

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Singremkung, Robin, and Probhin are always so helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. John the manager and the punjabi dude at the reception (sorry don't know his name) are always there at the reception with a smile. The hotel had an option to select with breakfast and we are so glad we did that. We got omlette, Paratha, dosa and tea for breakfast. My mother is diabetic and the hotel staff ensured she received her breakfast on time at 8.15 every day! Thank you for the Lovely stay! When we come back to Goa, we stay at Bela 😊

Nice place to stay and nearby with restaurants like fast food as subway ,McDonald's and Starbucks with grocery shop very calm and relax place to stay.

Pest control is needed more offen and topup some good aroma at toilets area will make more wonders for this place overall is good stay need to review price for challenging bisness around this area.The rest is good.Staff and manager very good and helpful i like this place for my next trip.

The staff were really kind and accommodating. I turned up and felt very unwell and did not have cash to pay. They took me straight to my room and let me check in and sleep and I paid at checkout after I felt a lot better. They also bought be bottled water when I asked for it.

Only two small things - I would have ideally liked bottled water provided in the room and a fridge would have been great too.

Loved the location. Centrally located in Goa, and is accessible to all of Goa. Heart of Panaji, stone's throw away from Miramar beach. The staff is very good and does the job with a smile on their face.

The breakfast options are very limited. You cannot ask for more than 6 slices of bread for 2 people. Doesn't have a restaurant attached. No fridge in the room, so you don't have the option to chill your drinks. But, there is a fridge in the hotel and the staff are happy to keep it there for you.

Bela was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in a quiet niche it's close to all the popular eateries and Miramar beach. They upgraded my room very kindly and were extremely hospitable. Mr. John was very welcoming, helpful and as I was travelling solo interacting with him put my mind at ease. The staff are all very sweet and polite. The room was super clean. Thank you all!

The ease of checking in and out, the friendly and accommodating staff as well as the clean and well-maintained rooms make this an ideal hotel for a short, comfortable stay.

Don’t really have any complaints.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Bela while I explored Panaji, Old Goa and the nearby Mirimar Beach. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly! There are some wonderful restaurants out the front of the hotel as well and the beach is very close by to wander at sunset. I enjoyed my stay here and would reccomend!

The hotel is very nice and safe. The room is big and comfy. I appreciate the big balcony it was good. The staff is so nice and helpful it's a great plus. Thanks for everything. The breakfast in the room was so delicious I loved it every morning!

I didn't realise cash was the only option for international guests. Didn't accept international cards. Which was annoying as the nearest ATM didn't have any cash. I think they are working on getting an EFTPOS machine for international visitors though.
