The girl in the front desk is very nice and was always very helpful. The restaurant staff are also very nice and they make really delicious food. Although we were late for breakfast the staff let us to eat and even offered full service such as omelette or tea. Hotel offers several services such as booking a two wheeler or a taxi and they made sure that we get a fair price. There are many restaurants around to eat and if you book a two wheeler then Miramar Beach is just 5-10 minutes away. There are also supermarkets in 15-20 minutes away by walk. We didn’t stay in one those room with sea view but our balcony was also really good to sit there. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay.

The bed, pillows and linen didn’t feel very clean but the room was quite clean especially the floor.

Staff is very kind and helpful. The room was great and clean! Facilities as shower and bathroom also great!

It is not a bad thing but be aware that the hotel is not in the center, and you will need to rent a bike from the hotel. It is a bit more expensive than in the city : count between 500 and 600 rupees.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of meals to choose from, and my favourite lunch was the catch of the day, which was delicious and affordable. Shagufta, the receptionist, ensured my stay was worthwhile by arranging my day transport and providing shopping recommendations. Shobha, the housekeeper, kept our room impeccably clean. Melwin, the night receptionist, made our evenings pleasant and arranged transport to the extreme south. Sahil, the kitchen staff, welcomed me with a warm smile every day.. How does that sound? 😊

- Exceptional staff, one of the best services we've recieved in India - Very good food in the restaurant for a good price - Room was clean, spacious and everything was working - It's nearby bus station Dona Paula, from where it's very easy to get to Panaji bus station - Welcome drink (alcoholic/noncalcoholic option)

- Location. It's in quiet area so you won't get disturbed which is good but there is not that much around. - It's very close to the beach, however I wouldn't consider it as a perfect beachy destination. Not that many people are actually swimming there. If you want tropical beach vibes, I'd go more south in Goa like Cola, Agonda or Palolem beach.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN GOA 🪷🌞 Very comfortable rooms, pleasant-smelling main areas and delicious food! What I absolutely loved was the restaurant! The breakfast was different every day and incredibly tasty. As a European traveler (with different hygiene habits than those common in India), I must say that everything was very clean, and during my stay, I didn’t experience any health issues (no Delhi belly).

The Hotel is a perfect location to stay in Goa , Dona Paula with Sea front just about 100 meters away and eateries around 200 meters away. It is convenient, comfortable and noiseless with spacious rooms and helpful staff. A big plus is that is located in a lane where only residents/hotel customers are allowed thus it remains serene and peaceful. A perfect value for money, especially the Sea View Rooms on the 2nd floor ! They also allowed us early check in & is an environment friendly as they provide RO water ( instead of plastic bottled ) mineral water in the room without any extra charge. Appreciated !

Everything up to expectation.

The hotel is well located, close to the beach with an amazing view. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, they had a variety of options and the staff was very helpful at all times.

Everything was great except that they helped us to schedule a taxi for the day that would leave us a the airport at the end of the day, the hotel gave us a flat rate for 80km and we paid directly to the hotel. The taxi driver was not helpful, he took us to some places that we didn’t ask for, it was noticiable that he was trying to drive more km so we had to pay more. Once we were arriving to airport the driver stoped in the middle of the driveway to ask for more money, it was a very stressful moment because he would not agree to finish the ride. At the end we had to pay more money as he wanted just because we only wanted to get out of that taxi.

Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights and it was an wonderful experience staying here. Our room was a sea view room and it was a sea view room with a window right in front of the bed with the wonderful view of the sea and Dona Paula spot. The staff here were very good, polite and took care of everything we needed 24*7. It was wonderful. Will come back again here. Thanks.

Fantastic service from all the staff who all work hard. They are all a credit to the hotel. Elroy and his team at the restaurant were outstanding. The food is varied, reasonable and very tasty. Big thank you to all at Reception and the doorman for all their help and the cleaners who always made our rooms look great.

Location of the hotel may be problematic to those with mobility issues. We had to spend many evenings eating at the hotel. The taxi firm used by the hotel needs to have drivers who speak English and know where they're going. I had to have Google maps on for them many a time 😂
