I really love how clean and comfortable the rooms were, especially the bed. I love that it is cat friendly which is so hard to find when traveling. The bathroom was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The privacy is amazing! I would stay here longer, but the rates are out of my budget.

I wish there were more options for breakfast, but considering you have a kitchenette in your room, it's really easy to just make your own breakfast, but the snacks they offered are nice when you're on the go.

I like the fact that the on shift manager, I did forget his name, but he was very punctual very proper very respectful and we did have a hiccup with our room but he was on it Prompto. He said that the room will be ready in 20 minutes and the room was ready in 20 minutes. He made sure we had our extra towels due to the inconvenience, and he was all around amazing so for that I have to give the five stars instead of deducting points because he made sure that hiccup due to the housekeeping were delayed due to whatever they had going on he made up for by not getting frustrated not cursing and being ignorant, he was very Honest, respectful very punctual and just all around amazing so I just want to say thank you to the gentleman who made sure our room was ready within that 20 minute timeframe he gave and we didn’t have to wait a second minute longer

That was not one thing I did not like everything was easy access. He was very informative. I don’t know why I cannot remember this gentleman‘s name, but he was just amazing.

Room was large and nice. We liked the partition between the beds so we didn't have to stare at each other while trying to sleep. The staff was great. Nice and very accommodating. Location was wonderful surrounded by Wegmans and several stores and restaurants. We felt very safe especially because you had to scan your key card to get in building after hours.

The only issues we had were the shower had no water pressure at all no matter what we did and the hardwood floors were dirty. I walked around in bare feet and my feet were black.

The price, the comfort, the clenliness and the staff at check in. What I didn't like, was that Booking.com charged me on line for most of the room cost, but never sent it to the hotel. I had to pay the full amount during check-in. I then had to call Booking.com, to explain the two charges and that I wanted the initial online booking charge to me reimbursed. I'm in the process of that, but cost me an hour of my time on the phone so far and a lot of headache for using booking.com to reserve my stay.

Using Booking.com

We stayed here for one night as we were moving from PA to GA and had our 2 pugs with us along with our Dad. This was the perfect set up for our needs with the dogs. We appreciated the kitchenette, thought it wasn’t initially clear that we had to go ask for dishes, etc.

Soooooooooo many people clearly do not give a sh*t about their dog’s sh*t. One the dog poop bags/trash was not super obvious, as it was on the other side of the parking lot and so by the time people get there… so it definitely smelled a bit like dog pee/poop and I think that bothered our dog and made it not want to use the bathroom in most of the area. I feel like this needs to be better addressed for many reasons, let alone risking stepping in someone else’s dog poop in the dark.

Clean & modern

The elevators shaky . It makes noise goes up and down it also shakes . Pretty scary . & there’s no emergency call button or certificate or any information on what to do if it gets stuck. That’s why I didn’t extend my reservation the elevator scared me too much!

The fact that it was new and most things were in great condition. Room was nice, love the laminate floor over carpet. Decent sized shower and in room facilities.

Ceiling looked to have water pooled under the paint or maybe it had before but it should be fixed. Bedding was a mess, the duvet would not stay assembled. No breakfast. Smell of gas which could also be the new paint but I could hardly stand it. Satellite went out multiple times and elevator was closed which for someone like me with a handicap I was disappointed in lack of alternatives. The flashing light on the smoke detector was the worst at night.

Not much to watch on TV! Vending machine acting up.thats not what you call breakfast! And to be told that choices of an pre-packed boiled egg, oatmeal, cereal is only on the go breakfast 🤔🤔 even for that price, you have to do better than that.

Room was clean, and liked that it was not carpeted. Beds were comfortable and liked the kitchenette. Staff was friendly and were able to help me with early check in.

Trash out in hall was full the whole time. Elevator was a little shaky. No breakfast except grab and go items.

The building was clean and the set up was efficient. The room was perfect for my needs (solo male traveler), the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

The breakfast was paltry. I grabbed a small yogurt and a package of hard boiled eggs, and two granola bars for the drive that day.
