- Breakfast was incredible with wonderful live music. - Staff was very friendly everywhere. Particularly the staff at the beach was super helpful and customer oriented - huge compliments! - I used the hairdresser on site and was very happy with the result - can recommend.

- Limited vegetarian options in the restaurants. One of the few options wasn’t even available when I ordered it. There was no alternative suggested. Instead I got the quinoa dish without the shrimps but paid full price. - Restaurants were often fully booked. - Towels are always replaced even if they are kept hanging to use a 2nd time - not so environmentally conscious. - Coffee and water was not always filled up.

Quite possibly the nicest most relaxing stay I've ever had abroad, the hotel is beautiful, and the facilities, beach, pool, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. But it's the staff that make this hotel exceptional, they are so attentive and genuinely want to make your stay exceptional. You will not regret booking this hotel!! We are already planning our return.

The stay was amazing! The rooms was super clean and comfortable The privet pool in the rooms are perfect!! The whole atmosphere in the hotel feels relaxing and magical and the design of the hotel amazing. Special thanks to the stuff of the hotel They always smile and always there for you in anything you need and make this resort perfect.

The food in the restaurants of this resort are ok but not that perfect like the hotel… I would expect for more interesting dishes and more tastes and options to choose… Especially if that your only option to eat in nearby area.. But the service in the restaurants are amazing!!

The Hotel is Beautiful! The service from the minute we arrived until we left was the best I've ever come across. Everybody was so nice, welcoming, and interested, trying to make our time better that it almost felt like a fairy tale. Angeliki Souladaki in the dining room and Michail Pagadakis in the beach were so amazing and so nice but the rest of the team was also excellent. We took two suites (42 m' each) with pool view and sea view and the rooms were so beautiful with smart electricity in each room speakers with Bluetooth connection, a very comfortable bed, and a very nice swimming pool. For us, the location of these rooms (first line to the beach) was the best in all this hotel and I wouldn't choose any other location even if there are bigger rooms or villas. The hotel is 7-10 minutes by car or taxi from Hersonissos and 30 minutes drive from Heraklion and from the airport. There is s great SPA with a large Gym and so many different options for massages and other treatments. And as I said before, also in the spa the team is so nice and welcoming. Just to summarize, I'm flying all over the world and have been in so many hotels and resorts, part of them were at a very high level but never came across such a great team and great service. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

We really liked this hotel. The food was fantastic, unbelievable view from the breakfast restaurant, live classic violin playing in the background, The parking was easy, staff were lovely, rooms were sensational. Bedding very comfortable and the bath tub was perfect. Facilities were very clean and quiet.

food prices so absurdly high, sometimes it was double or even triple the prices we pay in nearby restaurants (even the ones that are considered expensive).

Fantastic stay - had read many positive reviews but didn’t disappoint. Accommodation was excellent and rooms/bathrooms are a good size with a pool area - we had 2 rooms as a family of 5 and the doors inside and out are interconnecting which worked well for us. Breakfast was excellent - lots of pool areas with lovely private beach. Can always get a lounger or beach cabana and feels very peaceful and relaxing. Eternal blue restaurant has a beautiful setting - we ate out locally a few nights as we like to try different places/local cuisine - hotel gives good recommendations. Guest relations always at hand and the staff are always kind and polite. Location good for airport and visiting Knossos and Spinalonga
