the hotel itself, the spacious bathroom, the pink wall, the quiet lounge with the view and the paintings all over the place -- i really enjoy seeing around and immersing the artworks displayed. also it was close to the bus stop, perfect!

the first stay I feel it is a little bit far from everywhere but actually it wasn't that bad. the second time i stayed here, everything was smooth even though I have to travel here and there, love it, would be back!

Very friendly welcome and service throughout our stay (our dog had a good welcome too!). The bed was comfortable, and the use of the bar lounge with terrace was a real bonus. There was free parking. The hotel is on the 4th floor of the building, accessible by lift and stairs. Nearby there are shops including a supermarche an excellent boulangerie, a french taco restaurant, fuel stations, amongst others.

There's no air conditioning but we were provided a fan, which wasn't quite enough during a heatwave.

A good and cheap hotel in a quiet place. Easy reachable by a car. Rooms are equipped with teapots, fans, and TV. Mattresses are very vood. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Nearby are supermarkets and cafes.

There was no AC in the room. It's too hot to sleep in the summer.

Little bit far from lyon city but public transport to hotel front about 25 mins to city on bus to gauge de loupe station then 5mins to bettacour down town. Bus# c24 from station to hotel

Booked here as I didn't have another choice in terms of location. Arrived there with mixed feelings, it's an old Hospital repurposed by the salvation army. The hallways are full of paintings of patients and the bar is a piece of Art. Rooms are small but totally fine. Let it Surprise you. Check out the Franco-Syrian restaurant in the same building. Great pricing, nice staff and delicious food

It's a very clean training hotel for migrants/refugees and displaced/disadvantaged people. Staying there felt like I was doing my part in supporting it's noble mission.

Location was far from Lyon central district. I wish the dorm beds would have a little more enclosure or curtains.

Well located, near the town, but not accessible on foot. In a nice park; very quiet, in spite of being by a fairly passing street. Lively colours on the hotel floor, very warm welcome from staff. Very good breakfast. Because it is a reinsertion programme, we'll plan on staying again; to help out the programme...

A little bit unappealing building from outside and ground floor entrance hall; but don't let the first appearances set you off.

Wonderful staff, a hostel dormitory within a 3* hotel. Great outcome. Excellent buffet breakfast available.

Signage at the front entrance could be better. Not set up for self catering like a hostel, naturally.

Staff were so helpful and room lovely..The decoration and attention to detail made an impact. Tasty breakfast served in a bright airy room.

The outside area was intimidating but so glad we overcame initial reservations. Just not your usual hotel entrance! Had a dedicated lift which was encouraging.leading to the 4th floor where hotel located.

It is such an amazing hotel! Dont look further and just try it out. I love that they have people with disabilities working there and giving them a chance. The place was extremely clean and the receptionist was so welcoming and lovely. 10/10!!
