Clean. Well-equiped, includes little desk, good bedroom, comfy double bed (although sofa bed not so comfortable), tiny kitchen adequate for one or two nights, table for 4, small fridge, plenty of storage/wardrobes, good shower, has all that's needed for a family stay. Also, on-site secure parking (around 10 eur for a day), which we were allowed to use until after the standard check-out time, which allwed us to see the city without worrying baout parking (which is very expensive in public car parks). Helpful staff. Very simple breakfast 10 eur. Bar next door serves reasonable coffee. Nice area. Metro 1-2min walk.

Check-in only until 18h (15h-18h) - this limits the travel plans if you are covering long distances. Single lift of very small capacity (4 people) which requires a code to get down into the garage. No places to eat in the evening nearby.

Great hotel for budget travels. Amazing location - 2 metro stations from city center. Best of both worlds: close to center while at the same time allowing calm night sleep. Breakfast were cheap and good. Great price-to-value ratio. For 60% of what you would pay for the room in the city center here you get entire apartment. Staff was nice.

No pans and pots in the kitchen. I needed to ask for some things in reception as they were not in the room by default. No major complains beside that.

the apartment has one bedroom with a comfy large bed, a small balcony to air the room during hot summer nights, and a convenient closet. The TV and desk are an interesting addition but I did not have time to use them. the kitchenette is excellent as it is well equipped with a cooker, fridge, kettle, and all utensils necessary to cook breakfast and small meals. the convertible sofa in the living area is comfy, and the balcony offers a great view of the main street. I spent a delightful week there as the apartment is in the city center, 5 min away from the metro, buses, supermarket, cafes, bakeries, river, and a walking distance from the key sightseeing attractions in Lyon. I was disappointed that I could not find a place in the Saphir hotel which is where the conference meetings were held, but this apartment was only 5 min walking distance from there and a great alternative at a more affordable price.

The hotel is situated 2 stops from the centre of Lyon by subway and is in a lovely student area. The room was spacious enough with a small kitchen area - cooker, microwave and crockery. We were provided with 1 large, 1 small and 1 floor towel for 2 people (and 2 coffee and 1 milk sachets) for 4 days. The hotel is unmanned over the weekend so no chance of fresh towels. That said, it was a wonderful weekend and there is a little town with facilities just along the road. Also a fab café and supermarket across the road. Would definitely recommend for basic accommodation 👍

Nice comfortable, clean room Comfortable beds. No air con but there is a fan Elevator. Nice balcony Less than 5 mins from metro. Less than 10 mins to the supermarket. Restaurants close by. Small table, desk and chairs. Wardrobe space. Fridge with freezer compartment.

On check out had to pay city tax. Even though i have already paid city tax via booking.com. City tax is always collected by Hotels so i don't know why we pay booking.com additional city tax. No real communication with reception until check out. It is closed after 7pm.

Very clean rooms, the parking lot was good and the area really quiet. The staff were exceptional nice. There is also an emergency number for problems that might occur when the reception is closed.

We had a little problem with the parking garage. But the nice woman from the emergency number helped us out pretty fast.

The room was basic but clean and had the equipment we needed. The location was good and we had a room at the back of the building which was quiet. We had a small balcony which was good.

Bare walls. A few pictures would have made the apartment feel more welcoming.

Appartements have all you need. Good location close to the underground. Parking in parking garage of hotel for 8 eur/ day.

Located in a very convenient area for the metro and cafes. Staff were extremely helpful and even advised us where to go for dinner. Basic but very comfortable and excellent value for money. I would definitely book again.

We liked everything!!

The hotel is very conveniently located, it is within a (short) walking distance from the metro but in a quiet area. The rooms are just the right size and provide everything what is needed. Besides, the staff was very helpful and very quickly resolved the issues with my late arrival. Overall, this stay was pleasant experience.

No particular complaints.
