Enjoyed the stay, very good and stable WiFi, comfortable bed. Great proximity to public transport, only a 3 minute walk to a transport hub, metro and buses (start/end of the lines, so could actually find an empty seat). There is a convenience store across the street, and another one 2 minutes further. Didn't test the restaurant on-site, but the pizza from next door is really good.

The gym is actually a small room on the 6th floor, and can only be accessed after 8 AM, due to the noise of the machines, that might bother other guests. I know it's probably not very important to most, but I wanted to have a good treadmill run before leaving for a morning event, which proved to be impossible due to the opening hour.

We all slept very well from the first day, because the beds were comfortable, there were two different pillows to choose from, we could make the room fully dark, and the rooms were quiet. My adolescent kids loved the tablefoot and board games in the lounge. The location of the hotel - just one meteo stop from the old town- is also great.

We missed vegetables and vegetarian options like margarine from the breakfast.

The property was as advertised, the rooms was clean, comfortable and spacious. The property has an attached restaurant which for travelers arriving at various times is very convenient. We did not have the breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning.

I found the location a little inconvenient, I thought the property was closer to the Lyon Part Dieu Railway Station. However, the booking was a last minute decision on our part and the taxi fare was not excessive.

The location is in a quiet suburb away from the old town and the city centre. You need to take a metro train one or two stops to get there each time (2€ per person)(Closest metro station is Gorge du Loup and city centre is at Viex Lyon and Bellecour. The airport is a train (Rhoneexpress) and 2 subway changes away - it takes about an hour to get there. The breakfast was very good, tasty and a full array of foods from fresh fruit, charcuterie, breads, delicious teas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a bar and restaurant. The city is fabulous to visit.

The soap had run out in both the shower and the sink in our bathroom which was a little annoying on arrival.

Very helpful staff. Great cleaning staff. Excellent location for the metro into Lyon. Very comfortable bed.

A choice of pillow would be nice - flatter or higher. Tinned fruit salad at breakfast, but to be fair, there was fresh fruit available as an alternative.

- Friendly and attentive staff - In a quiet neighbourhood, but only couple blocks from the metro/bus station (the liveliest parts of downtown are only two train stops away and trains run every couple minutes) - Lots of amenities e.g. kettle/AC/extra towels/water bottle in room, restaurant/bar/fitness centre in building, 24 hour staff, welcoming reception area - Room was very spacious and comfortable

- The shower head and ceiling had some mould, which was probably due to the lack of a fan in the bathroom

Lovely property in a good location. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Arranged a late check out with no fuss after our 4 night stay. Great buffet breakfast.

Fitness centre has bare minimum

The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. We also thought the bed was very comfortable and the scented shower was amazing!

The facility could use some updates and upgrades, but overall it was nice. The hotel is a bit outside of the city (although only one stop subway ride), so it feels a little isolated at night, but we did not run through any issues.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Resturant served good food at reasonable prices.

breakfast was okay but only one variety of cheese and crepes and pancakes were not kept warm which I thought was a little odd but maybe normal practice in france.

Ideally situated near a metro station. Our room was comfortable and clean. Parking was available for a fee.

If you stay from Friday to Sunday, the hotel's restaurant and bar is closed. They only operate Monday to Thursday.
