The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is wonderful. The location is great & the lobby area is bright and well lit and has a nice ambiance.

The rooms are incredibly small and the sinks don’t drain properly. The balcony is not one to talk about, just a tiny hole in the wall at the side of the room and it has no place to sit. WiFi expires every 36 hours and you have to go get a code from reception. I don’t understand why it isn’t open to all guests unlimited. They also said they would pick us up at the airport and when I arrived no one was there and no communication either. I had to ask a local to contact them and then they said to take a taxi by myself and the hotel will pay for it. Simple communication would have made this less frustrating as we arrived super late.

Very clean, comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good - near restaurants, the artificial beach and some ATMs as well as walking distance to some.shops and the ferry to the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Reliable air-conditioning and hit shower. Very safe and secure and can get room service if needed.

Near the sports stadium that seemed to have games all through the early hours of the morning. Very small balcony and sea view was mostly the building next door. No refrigerator.

Our stay at the Umet view hotel was very great, the staff was very reactive, the shuttle to the airport is very practical. Location of the hotel is also very great we were able to go around visiting the city easily. The room are clean and comfortable. I would recommend taking the Maldivian breakfast as opposed to the continental one.

We were missing the view on the sea and the building next to the hotel is very close to us so we had to keep the curtains closed. The shower is fully open which can lead to water in the rest of the bathroom after shower. I was expecting more fresh fruit available for breakfast, as example the orange juice.

I did a lot of research before picking the UMET Seaview and looked at all of the online comments prior to arrival. We were extremely happy. The vehicle was waiting for us at the airport and the accommodation was very clean. The air-conditioner worked well. The hot water was excellent and overall value for money was brilliant. Would highly recommend this Hotel. The staff were all exceptional. Breakfast was good. REAL coffee and added bonus. The hotel car was busy at the time we were departing and the hotel paid for the 2 cabs we needed to get to the airport! Couldn’t ask for anymore.

Nothing. Male’ is an experience.

It’s one of the best hotels in Male in my opinion and experience. The staffs are incredible amazing and really helpful especially Farah who makes us feeling like VIP and always striving to exceptional experiences. We have got an upgrade room that’s very remarkable moments for all of us as we all live and work in Maldives for almost 3 years and this hotel makes us more leisurely and enjoyable while we need time for friends. The location is perfect and close to everywhere we love to take a short walk around the city. The room is magnificent and very clean. House keepers and driver are professional and helpful too. All we need is there for our short holiday and we become their repeat customers for sure 🫶💖 Hat off to all and don’t forget to get the round trip transfer to and from the airport which make our lives easier 😍😘🥰 Very impressive and wonderful stay there. We booked the King Seaview Suite for 2 nights. From the moment we were picked up at the airport it felt like we were being treated like family. Upon checking in we were greeted by Ocha and Fara who welcomed us, again like family. They made the check in process very easy, they gave us a welcome drink and a cool towel. Then we went to the room. A beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, with excellent amenities, but above everything else, a comfortable bed. Each morning we were served a delicious continental breakfast, again with Ocha looking after us like family. It was a great stay! Footnote: prior to our departure from the Maldives, we had a lengthy layover between our domestic flight from Kooddoo, and we checked into UMET Seaview for the half day pass: again, we were taken care of like we'd never left. Another shout out to Ocha and Fara for making our stay superlative. Thank you!

Everything was great!

We booked 1 night in Malé due to an early flight out the next day. Very well located for the airport, only a short journey. And it was a free round trip. We arrived very early due to speedboat timings. Although we were unable to check in till 2pm, the staff were very helpful in trying to organise rooms for us earlier. I think we managed to get into a room ~12:30pm. They also managed to place both our rooms on the same floor. Easy to find food places around the hotel, and close to spas. The room had a smart TV which we were happy with. Good amenities in the room, well sized room and bathroom.

I don’t think the floors were very clean in the room. I think they need a good mop. Everything else was clean.

Very centrical in Malè area, pick up to and from the airport worked quite smoothly, breakfast was small but overall tasty, nice touch from the personnel the welcome drink (orange juice). The best part was for sure the friendliness of the staff since the beginning until the end, remarks for Ocha who was very lovely and helpful

Some work in progress for the rooftop bar, the remote for the AC was not working perfectly and the shower even tough is ok has nowhere to place the shampoo and gel dispensers which are place far by the sink
