Nice small garden house in private part of garden. Comfort bed, tiny kitchen corner enough to make some sandwich and tea. Very helpful owner:) And great natural neighborhood with windmills.

Maybe too small kitchen corner for somebody who wants to stay longer, but ok for short time stay. We didn't find out how to switch off outside garden lamps, but there are very lightproof shades,so no problem.

15m walking distance from the center, a lot of space outside with view for a trail, coffee, tea, and all the dishware needed to have a meal.

I think there isn't a place to cook, but there is microwave, toaster....

Great location - only a short walk from the centre of beautiful and interesting Alkmaar. Supermarket only an easy 5 minute walk. Very peaceful - great sleep, and a nice patio to enjoy the outdoors.

Cabin is a bit cluttered - too many bits and pieces. It's not nearly as busy in the photo's on Booking.com?

Everything was great. It was just that as two adults with a 16 year old child, the room was a little small for us. But the room was great and the host and hostess were wonderful and the breakfast was great too. For one or two people, this would probably be ideal.

Really friendly and welcoming host, even offered us a lift into town for dinner as it was raining.
