Clean, fresh smelling room. Very close to the UF with wonderful views. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfy bed. Food onsite. Great price this visit but my three nights I booked in October 2-5th is quadruple the cost per night and it’s hard to fathom that.

Just wish they had smart TVs so I could link my Netflix account.

The front desk staff were super friendly . Rooms were clean and well kept. Restaurant attached was very nice .

Shower in bathroom didn’t work fully, AC in room rattled all night off and on. Place is also under construction for renovations, a bit noisy. Breakfast offered was not open at time offered .

Beds were extremely comfortable and staff was wonderful! Excellent housekeeping services and security. No problems with parking, even though we were directly across from UF campus. Very quiet.

Great location! Publix, Starbucks, Piesano’s, all right there. The price is great compared to other hotels in the area too. Good bang for your buck.

The lobby and room is in good condition but the bathroom leaves much to be desired. Mold on the walls and door, cracked and peeling wall in shower. If you’re a stickler about bathrooms, I’d think twice.

The location to campus, grocery, entertainment and building layout are excellent. Publix is behind this hotel but carefully platted so our parking is secure and it’s not busy aside from typical UF traffic. We had excellent AC and comfortable beds. The room was very clean.

The rate was high given the last minute booking but most of the hotels were up priced similarly. At the rate we were at we’d have expected more updated bathroom and complimentary breakfast. These factors were not dealbreakers given the amazing location!

Great location, close to everything I needed—publix, apartment buildings, UF campus, banks.

I wish it wasn’t double the price to book weekends.

miscommunication between staff and management. I've been double charged pet fees Management fixed the issue few days after.

Nice remodeled room. Good size and comfortable bed. Well equipped with coffee machine, microwave and iron.

Overall very nice would suggest remove carpet

ACTUALLY, MY SON WHO IS STAYED IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL NEAR HIS UNIVERSITY WITH KIND AND COOPORATIVE SAFF SO I WAS HAPPY TOO IN OTHER SIDE OF THIS WORLD.

Location was amazing. The people were really friendly and it was clean.

The hot water did not work in our room but the staff moved us to another room without a problem.
