We couldn't be happier! Staff is helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. Our room was immaculate and smelled very pleasant. An overall wonderful experience ✨️ (So much so that we stayed an extra night!) We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The staircase is gorgeous! Upon our arrival, we were met with the fantastic staff. Our room was very large and quite roomy(about 2× the size of a normal motel room!), and we were on the first floor, which was yet another plus for us! Coffee was fresh and hot, and there were many breakfast items to choose from, hot and cold! It was just an amazing time spent in a super hotel!

We can't think of one thing that we didn't like!

They staff was very nice and they were able to move our room to a first floor and handicapped accessible. My mom is in a wheelchair. The bathroom was large making it easy to move her around in it, but it had a tub. We were only staying 1 night so that was ok since she did not need to shower. The pullout bed was clean. Cookies at bedtime and breakfast were very nice.

The bathroom should have had a roll in shower to be handicap accessible not a shower chair in the bathtub. The pullout bed was quite loud and creaky. The chair in the room was really dirty and needed to be cleaned or replaced.

On the way to our road trip destination we stayed across the street at a hotel near Auburn Place and was not satisfied, so I looked at Auburn Place reviews on various sites and decided to book 1 night for return trip back. Wow, we realized immediately when we checked in that all the reviews were accurate. Auburn Place was excellent for location, breakfast, amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and especially value. The staff were so nice and the whole place had a nice welcoming feel to it. Pet friendly as well. We absolutely will be staying at Auburn Place again when traveling. Highly recommended.

As always, staff is lovely and the location is perfectly central. Plenty of green space for the pup.

This issue was quickly rectified, but I want to give future bookers a heads up: There was an additional $50 charge pending on my card after check-out. I waited for it to post, and when it did I discovered that the charge was manually keyed at the property on my day of check-out. I called the property, spoke to a very nice woman who took the issue to her manager. I received a somewhat strange excuse, but they inevitably agreed to refund the charge. You should know that Booking.com uses digital Mastercards to book your stay. Hotels should not be manually keying anything without informing you - pet or parking fees come to mind as potential reasons for manual charges from the hotel itself.

The room was large, 2 queen beds and a sofa. The bed was comfortable and had the abundance of various pillows that seems to be the norm now. The room was quiet, maybe no neighbors, but could only hear faint footsteps from above. There was a refrigerator in the room as well. There was a small coffee nook and a huge bathroom with the strongest water pressure in a hotel shower I think I can remember. All good. The plus of this place was the staff. The check in girl was friendly, and quick, but the morning staff in the breakfast room were fabulous. I wish I had caught the names, but the main woman checked with everyone to make sure that everyone had what they wanted, or needed. She was delightful and friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, more than many places have this day., Eggs sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal and milk, yogurt, fruit, several different breads to toast, muffins, juices, coffee. Everything was hot, and there were 2 kinds of sausage kielbasa type, and a large maybe maple flavored?? not just the little links. There was something for everyone I think. This place was just great for one night, there is a large indoor pool open from7 AM to 11PM. We did not use it, but looked nice. They even had a chair for disabled guests to enter the pool. I would be glad to stay again. The room was clean, bedding clean and fresh, no complaints. Remember, this is not a $200.00 a night hotel, so don't equate it with that, but for a pleasant place to stay for a night, it was great!

I can't really think of anything that didn't meet my expectations.

The beds were very comfortable, the towels were fluffy unlike most middle of the road hotel towels, the shower was plenty hot and had great water pressure. The property and rooms were very clean. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner.

The acclaimed evening cookies read about in reviews didn’t exist! Darn - that was kind of why we chose this hotel over similarly priced options. But the prime reason for stopping was a good place to sleep and it certainly was that. Breakfast was standard ‘breakfast included’ fare which has increasingly become myeah everywhere but the coffee was very good and a nice way to hit the road.

Nice location. Convenient and by food and gas. I was able to drive through the parking lot and get to food and gas without issue. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was amazing and they did free breakfast in the morning that had many choices and was delicious. At 8pm they served warm cookies and milk. That was nice and unexpected. I slept amazingly here and felt very safe. There was a side door you can use your keycard on to get in and out of the hotel without going through the front lobby. That was nice for traveling with my cat. There was a small pet fee of $25 which I thought was more than fair.

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It had everything we needed as a family and for our pets. It's a little dated and the bathrooms and carpet were not as clean as would like but will definitely stay here again when passing through town. The breakfast was sufficient with lots of options and the pool was a bonus for our son after a long day of traveling in the car.

The floor in the bathroom as well as the tub was not very clean. Could stand a little more attention to cleanliness in this area.

Brilliant hotel, used this as a stop off on the way to Nashville and so happy we picked this one, hotel is spotless, loads of restaurants within 5 mins and supermarkets/ fuel stations on your doorstep. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms are huge (family of 4) and very comfy beds, the showers are great very powerful. Highly recommend this hotel, just off the interstate as well so great for stop offs, but can’t hear any traffic 👌 . Decent gym.
