The owner is really nice, he made up for the woman being rude on the phone. If you just talk to him, you should be fine. He is patient and nice.

This wasn't the owner's fault, there was a man walking around and asking dumb questions who didn't seem to have a room there. This was during checkout, he walked off somewhere after the owner kept asking him what room he had. I don't think the guy had a room and just showed up to give the owner a hard time. I suggest the owner hire security for his property's safety.

Check in wasn’t until 4 pm & they let me check in early @ 2 PM. My room deposit was only $20! The staff were amazing & polite.

Everything was amazing. There wasn’t anything to dislike! I will be booking again soon with them.

Since it’s family ran, the front desk and help office closes early and if you get locked out or arrive late you can be screwed .

I liked the view of the bay and the room was great well lite . very helpful showing me how the spa worked TV .very helpful.

It was big room comfortable beds owner was very helpful our cable was out and he called comcast and got it working I need a Shower chair and it was no problem I would stay again
