It would be difficult to beat the hotel's location in District 1, the Ban Than market is literally just around the corner. The hotel is brand new, so there were a few small teething problems, so for those expecting a spa break the spa is not yet open, but the upside was that everything was new and clean. The hotel staff could not do enough for us, they were very helpful. There is a small pool area, which is very well done althoug compact and a great terrace skybar. Just a word for those booking a half day Saigon excursion, then it would be cheaper to get the big red bus (at 200,000 dong) that goes to exactly the same sites as the tours. I would definately stay here again, and its definately great value for money

Great breakfast with a nice view. Stayed on 2 occasions on the same trip to Vietnam and the staff were very welcoming on both visits and keen to accommodate our requests about rooms. The rooftop bar gives a fantastic view over the city at night.

Gym was fairly basic but what you would expect for a hotel gym.

The best thing of my repeat stay here was the staff especially Lieu who went out o his way to make sure our stay was a memorable one as it was our anniversary. We received a lovely cake and a voucher for welcome drinks. There was also a rose petal and swans made from towels. House keeping was excellent as well as reception.The Spa was very relaxing and the huge give standards in all parts of the hotel was great except for one small incident during breakfast,

This is a small point but the kitchen staff as in the chefs should all be using gloves when preparing food. As I was sat in front of the glass over looking the kitchen, it was disconcerting to see a chef who who preparing the breakfast Pho picking his nose. I very much hope he washed his hands before preparing food, Other than that the breakfast spread was very tasty, but the food could be hotter in temperature.

It was a random pick on booking.com, but one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Viet Nam. I visited HCMC 2-3 times a year for business, and the service and food quality I found at this hotel is on par with that in Sofitel. Smaller and less luxurious room for sure, but the service made up for that. Breakfast was amazing. Different noodle soup every single day and the best guava juice we can find in town. Service was fast as well. Shout out to Liem who is everywhere (front desk, breakfast), Nhina and Phung at the spa. That's another surprise, the dedication and level of service provided at the spa was top notch, and good value with the 10% discount for residents!

It's not the cheapest, but it's worth the service.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. On arrival I was given water, a juice, fresh fruit and a cold towel to freshen up. My room was gorgeous, very modern, clean and the bed had been beautifully decorated. The view from the sky bar was lovely and the food from room service was even better. The Thai Wagu Beef Salad was delicious. For breakfast I had an omelette and toast, nothing else as I wasn’t very hungry but there appeared to be a good selection. The bed was very comfortable and I wished I had been staying there longer. I also used the Spa and it was one of the best massages I’ve had.

The hotel is in a great location. Things are easily accessible on foot. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable.

Our room was quite noisy (I think we were next to a storage room that was being accessed frequently. The breakfast is mediocre and the wait staff in the restaurant were not accommodating. It is quite expensive for what you get, when compared to the rest of Asia. We stayed in some other hotels in Vietnam that far surpassed them (in terms of luxury) and were half the price.

A newly opened hotel in the best location in HCM. The staff were absolutely phenomenal and did everything they could to make our stay as perfect as possible special shout out to Tung in reception who welcomed us and to the bartender (sorry I didn't catch his name!) for his excellent cucumber welcome cocktail! The pool was beautiful, and not many people using it!

As it was only just opened, there was still quite a lot of work going on, one of the lifts wasn't operational which meant it took a bit of time to get back to your room from the pool or in and out hotel. Our room was a budget option but was quite small but great value for money!

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. Good shower, great water pressure. Toilet flushed strongly compared to Vietnam standards. Breakfast did poached eggs and also had mochi. Staff are great really proactive and friendly and you were greeted everytime. Rooftop Bar was great, variety of different cocktails that you can't get elsewhere.

The gym wasn't that great. It's a really big room and got plenty to do more and have more equipment but they need more stuff. The breakfast could be better Vietnam normally has great bread and pastries and croissants these ones weren't that good compared to other hotels we stayed at. Pool was ok. A little small but nice with the view

The breakfast buffet was extensive and high-quality, and the evening dining experience was equally pleasant. The rooftop bar offers stunning city views. While we did not utilize the pool, its inviting appearance and comfortable temperature (approximately 30 degrees Celsius) were noted. Based on extensive global experience with spa services, the hotel's spa and massage services were exceptional. The therapists demonstrated high levels of skill, and the spa staff provided genuinely friendly service. This hotel is highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at the La siesta premium Siagon. We have stayed in the property in Hanoi before which is why we chose this hotel chain again. The hotel is a beautiful boutique style and very well kept in the perfect location. All the staff are very friendly and professional. A massive thank you to Dung Le (chloe) front desk supervisor who was so courteous to us during our stay. Unfortunately during our stay I was very unwell with food poisoning which wiped me out for 4 days she was very sympathetic and made sure I was OK keeping in regular contact with me via WhatsApp and sending ginger tea to the room to help settle my stomach and even offered porridge. I really appreciate she support during our stay. She is an asset to to La Siesta Brand. We also visited the twilight bar which had stunning views, a lovely atmosphere and shoutnout to Nancy who served us. We would 100% recommend this hotel and will be back of we come back to Ho Chi Minh City.
