Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly, professional, went out of their way to ensure my comfort and an enjoyable stay. A huge choice of breakfast options. Freshly cooked hot Jamaican breakfast delivered every morning. The room had all the facilities I needed. Rooms were thorough cleaned every 2 days and complimentary juice and water is provided. The adjacent plaza had shops restaurant, mini mart, pharmacy, post office, everything for a Pleasant stay. I had a most enjoyable time.

Dust from building works which was not disclosed when I booked. The stairs were challenging but works are taking place to provide accessible rooms on the ground floor for disabled people.

The staff and management were very accommodating and the location was convenient and clean. The room was really nice and comfortable and the pool was very relaxing and not too deep.

There was no bin in the room besides the small one in the bathroom.

Value for the money paid. Breakfast included. Plaza at the front was good especially the ice cream shop. It also had a police section that was good for safety. We think this is an hidden gem. The security Mr. Green has exceptional customer service and the Manager who assist us to check out was a very calm and welcoming lady. Damian the owner was very professional. In a country where customer service is poor, it was a breathe of fresh air meeting these people. The welcome juices, waters and tea was superb.

The breakfast was stewed and Curried chicken but it was filled with bones. We think they could offer some fruits as well. Check out time was too early. 3pm to 11pm is not 24hours. That's a little short change in my opinion but that's how many places do it. The kitchenette area has no AC or fan. It was very hot. The bed could be more comfortable.

This property provided an exceptionally relaxing and secure stay. The manager's welcoming phone call and detailed explanation of the amenities set the tone for a fantastic experience. While not directly on the beach, the staff provided excellent recommendations for nearby beaches, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The delicious, punctual breakfasts were a highlight, and the peaceful, secure environment was perfect for unwinding. The staff, including the security guards, were consistently friendly and helpful, offering excellent local recommendations that enhanced my solo trip. After disappointing visits to other properties, finding this gem was a relief. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family. Great location with mini marts, restaurants, pharmacy, police station and alot of other businesses within walking distance legitly at the front of the property for convenience. Don't forget to visit Twist the ice-cream and cheese cake shop upstairs truly an experience.

I wish the property offered beachfront access and on-site massage services. While I understand beachfront isn't feasible given the established location, these additions would have significantly elevated the experience

Me and my husband stayed for 3 nights. The hospitality was great. The breakfast was good. I met Ms. King, who was very knowledgeable about the facility and other questions pertaining to the surroundings, etc. Our interactions with the security officers were good. Officer Clue was exceptional!! Very knowledgeable and knew what his job entails. There is a little plaza on entering the facility, which has a restaurant, hardware, mini market, a lotto shop, and a BIG PLUS is the Area 2 Police Headquarters!!. We felt very safe We will be back. The wifi kept cutting off. The staff who was assigned to that duty.did come whenever we needed assistance. Maybe a higher speed is needed .

The owner Mr. Damion Murray is excellent with communication about anything you are in need of he's on point with all his Operations staffs Ms. Meek, Ms. King and Ms. B, Mr. Clarke the kitchen manager and all the security officers, ground staff this property is the best place to relax. Breakfast included the food is freshly cooked and wholesome, pool is perfect for the weather. The property is very clean and any thing you need the staffs is there before you ask. The property is beautiful with flowers 🌺 you can take a stroll early morning walk if choose to do so, there is a supermarket, ice cream 🍨 🍦 shop freshly made, pizza 🍕 shop, ect, the Beach ⛱️ 🏖️ is a stone 🪨 throw away rain 🌧️☔ which is nature most of my stay There are so many good things to say about the staff and property the rest is for you to come and experience. Can't wait to read your reviews. I depend on your review this is how I stayed there. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was engaging, professional and friendly. Location was secure and easy to find. Felt extremely safe with a police station nearby. Not far away from the main road but extremely quiet, you couldn't hear noises from the street or anywhere nearby. The sign/billboard on the main road indicating where to turn was perfect and strategically well placed. Loved that there was a kettle, microwave, mini refrigerator (with complimentary water and drinks), utensils and condiments in the room. Was so happy with the stay that I returned with friends a few days later.

Check out time should be at noon instead of 11 am giving adequate time to get packed and ready after breakfast.
