We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel, the extremely clean and tidy spa and pool, the extremely friendly staff and the very good location of the hotel.

Very bad breakfast. Juices and milk were rancid and sour. If you book the room through booking, then the parking is extra, otherwise it is free. The rooms are poorly maintained, the TV did not work, it was replaced later, there is no hot water in the shower, or if you turn the handle correctly after a lot of effort, the hot water flows very little, the beds are extremely bad. The hotel certainly does not deserve four stars, but the accommodation is certainly not worth the price you pay. The towels have a "sour" smell.

The view from the room was amazing. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel is very convenience.

Despite it being winter, the temperature in the room was high, and even after adjusting the temperature, it didn't get to the right level, so I had to open the window to adjust the temperature. Also, the air in the room was very dry, and it made my throat hurt.

Paid parking - can’t understand that. Hotel guest in November, not crowded. Really unclear for me. This is no questions of 10euro/day but appreciation of the guest. For the first time in Jeselo, we have paid a parking

Super pet friendly, they even have dog beds available Seafront view room and balcony was super!. Very nice staff. Would come back again.

The room needs a bit more renovation, specially the bathrooms.The AC was at 25°C and we couldn't make it colder.

We were upgraded to a suite with a terrace overlooking the beach, the view was fantastic. The staff is really nice and helpful and the breakfast is varied and delicious.

Stayed here in the off season and the prices were quite steep for what the hotel offers. The hotel needs a little love and modernization, and the bathrooms should really be renovated.

The room was spacious, very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free towels for the sun beds, free indoor swimming pool with access to water , tea and fruit. Complimentary toiletries and water on arrival.

You literally walk from the hotel to the beach. The location and the breakfast were amazing.

You can tell that it is an older building from the outside and also the corridors, bathrooms and balconies, but it is well renovated. The parking lot is also a bit tight.

Bar and restaurant staff very helpful and reception staff actually went out and bought me an adapter when I did have one.

Nice clean rooms and the bed was great. Most of the staff were brilliant.

Little bit dated in bathrooms in room but they were very clean
