Venice is small enough that it would be hard to imagine a bad location, that said this was well located close to conveniences and restaurants, as well as easy walks to gondola, water taxi, and points of interest such as Doges Palace and St Marks Square. Has the dubious honour of being very close to the only McDonalds in Venice.

We were up four flights of stairs and no elevator! Other than that it was fine.

It is a good location and it is confortable and resourceful place.

The fridge seal is broken so the moisture was all over the food. At the moment of receiving the keys at the front desk a person who works at the hotel passed by pushing and giving instruction to us to move without taking consideration about the small space between door, desk and the exterior. She could be more gentle.

Good communication and kind staff.

Location away from the main hotel but was still in a central part of Venice with easy access to water taxis ect ,No lift to the apartment, the kitchen could have had basic necessities like tea, coffee, sugar etc for the guests.

It was in a great spot out of the busy tourist location but still with great food and shopping.

There was a lot of steps, lucky we were on floor one!

Best Location in the heart of Venice. I have never believed that for reasonable price will find apartment on excellent location. It was easy to find the apartment. Close to the main street, but on quiet place. Clean and warm place.

It’s in good location. Easy to remember the alley. The room is quite large and clean.

We’re on the third floor so it’s hard to carry our big luggage upstairs

absolutely impossible to regulate the hot and cold temperature level of the shower. The mattress was the worst thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. cleaning staff opening the door whenever they feel like it without knocking at any time they felt like it.
