Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially I want to highlight the work of a blond girl on reception and a guy from the restaurant. I was pregnant and they helped to address my every need and make my stay super comfortable. Check in was super fast, they helped to carry the luggage to the room and call a taxi at the check out. In the restaurant the breakfast was very yummy with a big choice of meals and high quality food.

The staff are super pleasant, the breakfast has many options, the room is big and spacious. They also have an underground garage for your car.

The roome we recieved was very spacious! This was very comfortable. Bed also was king size and very comfortable. Really nice. Everything was clean and nice in the room. Breakfast was quite good, with quite big choice.

Bathroom has to be fixed in some ways, like connection of tiles. Also there was a very odd smell. Not pleasant. Breakfast, however quite big choice - some of food was not properly seasoned. Bread rolls has finished around 8.00am and they did not refilled them. Breakfast was 5/10.

We had a very big room, actually we had an apartment, it was much more than expected! Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices for every category. They have a garage, and outside parking, and the location it's next to a very big park! So if you come with kids, it is an excellent location! The staff is great, they speak Romanian, English and Russian. You can pay with the credit card, no need of local currency. Highly recommended!

It is not located in the city center, but it is not something i didn't like, it's something that i chose!

The hotel was somewhat close to the north bus station and offered late check-in. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with. The air-conditioning worked well and cooled down quicky. The included breakfast was great.

I didn't mind, but there was a set of like ten stairs to enter the hotel and I didn't notice an accessible ramp.

The room was very comfort, large and clean. Breakfast also very good. Very kind staff. The day we left, we forgot a mobile phone in the taxi we cold for the airport. The staff managed to get in touch with the taxi driver and they arranged with him so, that he brought the phone to us, to the airport. We thank them!

Not any dislikes, rather the suggestions- maybe an evening/night restaurant or a lobby bar could be very nice if they had one, also some infos on Moldova excursions or sightseeings in the hotel and not so shy staff, but thats just some thoughts, all was good🙏

Very nice and helpful staff, absolutely clean rooms and a lot of space with a cozy couch and a lot of armchairs - the kids loved our suite! To have the big and beautiful Rosevallye Park across the street makes the stay wonderful!

The delicious breakfast could be served in a more convenient way for smaller people.

This was my 3rd stay at hotel Jumbo. Their staff is polite, helpful in giving directions. The restaurant food was great, try their zama de gaina, traditional Moldovan chicken soup. Perfect location: close to the airport and is in the beautiful area of city: park, shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

Traveling a lot of time a year for work, I would like to note this hotel in Moldova as one of the best in the rating. Everything fully complies with world standards. Wonderful room. excellent and delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Definitely recommend for a stay. 10 out of ten.
