Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood about 7 minutes from the Funabashi train station. The room was above average size for a single Japanese hotel room. Because of the location, is was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower and as a bonus there is a public bath on the 5th floor, which was a great way to soak away the sore muscles from walking in Tokyo all day. There is also a laundry room on the 5th floor, which was very affordable. The free WiFi was also very fast. There are many good eating and drinking establishments within a short walk to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

The room was dated and showed signs of excessive wear. The refrigerator in the room was small, and did not get very cold. While the TV in the room comes with cable channels, I did not find anything in English.

It was clean and quiet. We had a comfortable stay. Restaurants, stores, and train station just walking distance even with our luggages. Nice neighbourhood. Most of all, their staff were really helpful, courteous, and most pleasant. I am sorry I forgot his name, he really helped us with translating to the taxi driver.

Everything was good.

The room was spacious and the staff was ever helpful. The business center was great as I needed half day working on my stuff.

Location is a bit further outside of Tokyo so you won’t be near the tourist spots if that’s what u are looking for. It’s about 30-45 mins ride to Tokyo. I didn’t mind because I have been to Tokyo many times and preferred to stay outside and explored new town.

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Funabashi Station from which you can take the train to Tokyo (Shimbashi or Hamamatsucho) in around 40 minutes. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and comfortable.

The kind staff was no nice to offer me to heat up the dinner box that I had bought at the convenience store, but I think a microwave oven in the lobby would be a very nice addition.

The hotel looked really nice and tidy. The room I was in was spacious, and I could literally stretch my legs in the room, which was quite different from some other hotels I stayed at in Japan.

It could be better if the breakfast provided more types of food. The food was good, but it was a little less cost-efficient compared to other Japanese hotels.

This hotel is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk away from Funabashi station. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. This was a great hotel for a short-term stay. The room sizes are a bit small, so be mindful if you are traveling with a large group.

Close to station, 711 on corner. Many local restaurants and big shopping mall at station.

No outdoor patio seating. We like to sit in the open air and enjoy the sun or moon. There was a patio on the fourth floor but it was closed.

The location is so close to the station, that the room is cheaper than the quality provided, the staff was super frindly, the room was big and comfortable and the services inside the hotel was goid.

The staff were brilliant and accommodating.

Not very much in the area for foreign tourists, this isn't the hotels fault though.
