The view from the bungalow was spectacular. The terrace was amazing and only a few steps to a lovely pool. The main hotel had immense charm and the food was good and reasonably priced as were the drinks. Location to local bars and restaurants was good too.

Although charming the furniture etc was very dated! And the air conditioning was very noisy. They also need to have more people that can serve drinks as were a few waitresses hanging around and only 1 person behind the bar trying to make smoothies pull pints and make cocktails so wait times were not great.

This is a really lovely hotel, the staff are very helpful and really pleasant. The manager goes out of his way to ensure guests are looked after.We stayed in the bungalows, which have a beautiful view from a very spacious terrace. The pool is right beside the terrace and is also really nice. We had dinner in the restaurant on one evening and it was lovely and again the service was without fault. You are only a short walk into the town square where there is a good selection of restaurants. Ramla bay is nearby and is worth a visit. I would definitely return to this hotel it is a real gem.

The hotel is completely charming, the pools were far beyond what I expected and during summer they would be wonderful. Plenty of space in our bungalow, it felt cozy and homely and the private terrace with views were lovely to sit in the sun. The kitchen had everything we needed! Plenty of parking, wifi was good. Staff all polite and helpful. Close location to nice little town, easy reach of everywhere on the island.

The bed was extremely creaky! Enough to wake us. The bungalow was clean but not exactly fresh as furnishings are bit past their best. Noise from bungalow above was an issue, both from cleaners early in the morning and guests. Every small movement could be heard. I’d book again but ask for an upstairs bungalow for sure!!

The staff were very welcoming, kind, polite, and helpful. The views from the Valley View rooms are great both day and night. Easy parking, no problem at all. Really good breakfast selection, everything you need ahead of a day exploring! Great evening menu, perfect for refuelling. Nice walks from the hotel into Victoria, down to Marsalforn etc. Roberts supermarket just round the corner, ideal for daytime supplies. The hotel has such a lovely feel to it, we'll be back.

The bed was very squeaky and the pillows were a little too soft for us, but we slept well! Be aware of food portion size if dining in at night, they're very generous. We found this overwhelming and as we don't like food waste, we shared mains or had a starter as a main, this approach worked well for us.

The hotel room is spacious and you have lots of space where to put your things. There are 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The grounds are kept pristine. From my room I had a beautiful view.When I went for breakfast I told the attending staff that I'm gluten intolerant and promptly asked me if I wanted gluten free bread. Bonus points.The breakfast is quite extensive and there are lots of choices.Overall everything is greatly satisfying. Will surely visit again.

I would have preferred a shower instead of a bath.

The hotel is in a lovely town that has a number of good restaurants and good transport links to other areas on Gozo. We stayed in the self catering bungalows that are part of the hotel, plenty of room, lovely terrace that looked out to the sea, a pool for use of the bungalows as well as the pools at the main hotel across the road. We had some issues but when we mentioned this to Alan the manager he swiftly addressed it by replacing mattresses and pillows. In addition he gave us free breakfasts for the remainder of our stay. I understand that they are looking to upgrade the furniture in the bungalows during the off season. We used a local taxi firm for a trip to the main sights which was very reasonable and Ubers were also available.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the furniture was rather tired. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor despite every effort to avoid this. Having said that see above for the positive response from the manager Alan and his staff when we mentioned these issues.

The place in it self we find it very relaxing. Lovely place, very clean. We been there 4 yrs running and pls God if we will around and healthy we sure to go back again next year The staff are really wonderful they can't do enough for you , food wooow really good. Hoping that next year we can take our family with us which we will be needing 6 rooms not just one. Thank you for all the staff and manager that they always come us to welcome and look after us really well.

Amazing staff. They took care of our family perfectly. Great pools for both adults and kids. Usually with only a few people, sometimes we were there alone. Friday dinner with music It is just a couple of minutes driving from everything you need

Small variety of breakfast. They are ok for 1-2 days. We stayed a week and with the small selection with a minimum change, it got boring. But it is a small hotel so kind of expected. Dinners were sometimes very good, sometimes average. Portions were very big, we rarely ate it all. Could be even a bit less with a higher quality

The views are stunning from the hotel, the atmosphere is restful and if you download the local taxi app most trips to nearby towns are quick and cheap. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. There are plenty of pools and nice places to sit outside with drinks available from the bar.

The Jacuzzi didn't work and the there is no lift, but staff did carry our cases upstairs.

Having stayed in many Airbnbs, I was accustomed to finding well-equipped kitchens with basic supplies. Unfortunately, the self-catering room at this hotel fell short of my expectations. The absence of essential items like salt, oil, and kitchen paper made it difficult to prepare even simple meals. While I appreciate the hotel's clean and cozy facility, a few basic consumables would go a long way in making the self-catering experience more convenient for guests.
