The staff were very welcoming, kind, polite, and helpful. The views from the Valley View rooms are great both day and night. Easy parking, no problem at all. Really good breakfast selection, everything you need ahead of a day exploring! Great evening menu, perfect for refuelling. Nice walks from the hotel into Victoria, down to Marsalforn etc. Roberts supermarket just round the corner, ideal for daytime supplies. The hotel has such a lovely feel to it, we'll be back.

The bed was very squeaky and the pillows were a little too soft for us, but we slept well! Be aware of food portion size if dining in at night, they're very generous. We found this overwhelming and as we don't like food waste, we shared mains or had a starter as a main, this approach worked well for us.

The hotel is completely charming, the pools were far beyond what I expected and during summer they would be wonderful. Plenty of space in our bungalow, it felt cozy and homely and the private terrace with views were lovely to sit in the sun. The kitchen had everything we needed! Plenty of parking, wifi was good. Staff all polite and helpful. Close location to nice little town, easy reach of everywhere on the island.

The bed was extremely creaky! Enough to wake us. The bungalow was clean but not exactly fresh as furnishings are bit past their best. Noise from bungalow above was an issue, both from cleaners early in the morning and guests. Every small movement could be heard. I’d book again but ask for an upstairs bungalow for sure!!

The hotel is in a lovely town that has a number of good restaurants and good transport links to other areas on Gozo. We stayed in the self catering bungalows that are part of the hotel, plenty of room, lovely terrace that looked out to the sea, a pool for use of the bungalows as well as the pools at the main hotel across the road. We had some issues but when we mentioned this to Alan the manager he swiftly addressed it by replacing mattresses and pillows. In addition he gave us free breakfasts for the remainder of our stay. I understand that they are looking to upgrade the furniture in the bungalows during the off season. We used a local taxi firm for a trip to the main sights which was very reasonable and Ubers were also available.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the furniture was rather tired. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor despite every effort to avoid this. Having said that see above for the positive response from the manager Alan and his staff when we mentioned these issues.

Amazing staff. They took care of our family perfectly. Great pools for both adults and kids. Usually with only a few people, sometimes we were there alone. Friday dinner with music It is just a couple of minutes driving from everything you need

Small variety of breakfast. They are ok for 1-2 days. We stayed a week and with the small selection with a minimum change, it got boring. But it is a small hotel so kind of expected. Dinners were sometimes very good, sometimes average. Portions were very big, we rarely ate it all. Could be even a bit less with a higher quality

Having stayed in many Airbnbs, I was accustomed to finding well-equipped kitchens with basic supplies. Unfortunately, the self-catering room at this hotel fell short of my expectations. The absence of essential items like salt, oil, and kitchen paper made it difficult to prepare even simple meals. While I appreciate the hotel's clean and cozy facility, a few basic consumables would go a long way in making the self-catering experience more convenient for guests.

The atmosphere was relaxed with excellent helpful good humoured staff. The pools were beautiful with plenty of poolside loungers. Delicious scrambled eggs at breakfast ,a good bar menu, and the option of dinner in the evening. Good bus routes to local beaches, city, and ferry port. The village was a short walk with a variety of restaurants.

The bathroom could be updated. Worn bed linen and towels need to be replaced. That said, we would love to stay here again.

Very peaceful, although quite big it didn't feel busy at all. Staff very friendly. Pools lovely with plenty of sun loungers in sun and shade. Room big, huge windows and loads of light. We had room at the front overlooking the road and View beyond (see photo) ..beautiful sunsets. Tea/coffee making in room. Towels changed daily.

Sometimes got woken up by delivery trucks outside the front of hotel early, but wouldn't change the location cos loved the view. Bathroom basic with annoying shower curtain across bath. Basic soap and shampoo provided.

We had a lovely room overlooking the one of the pools. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, and the area is fantastic as it's pretty central to the island, meaning most places we went to took only 15-20 minutes. The town itself is great, with a lovely square and lots of nice eateries. The pools are great, ALWAYS a sun lounger to lie on and pool areas and bar service were fantastic.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable. We also loved the style of the hotel. Staff members were extremely helpful and nice. We arrived earlier than the actual check-in time and were still given the room. This was a huge plus for us. We were also informed that our room was upgraded for free. Daily room cleaning was efficient, and the breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the pool as well. Upon checkout, we were also offered to spend the day by the pool. We only declined because we had other plans for the day. Will definitely be returning.

Even though we enjoyed the pool, it was a bit cold. On a particular day, children were jumping in both pools. Maybe one of the pools could be reserved for adults only, and children could be stopped from jumping on people in the pool.

Very clearn, great staff, all helpful, always ready to welcome you with a smile. This was the 3rd time for us in this Hotel,, this year some fiends of us came with us aswell. They really enjoyed it, they liked everything about this Hotel too. Hopefully we will make it again next year pls God. It's so peaceful this Hotel, we was really looked after. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who want a quite, relax holiday.
