Room was spacious with the necessary adaptations in the bathroom for one of the party. Spa & Pool were reasonably well equipped, the staff for the two massages we had were friendly and competent. Chamber maids were very thorough and helpful.

Main reception staff whilst helpful were not particularly friendly. The breakfast was a very good offering but was a little expensive. The Spa treatments had to be paid separately form the hotel bill.

Staff were very helpful. The room was beautiful, plenty space with big comfortable bed. Location was perfect, especially close to the beach. We stayed on the bastille day so we went there by 10-15 minutes walk and enjoyed a fireworks.

I had a impression that the swimming pool was bigger from the web photo, but actually it was small.

Hotel parking was full as only a small car park but plenty of payable street parking in the local area

the room was really nice. cleaned every day. the staff were all friendly. the spa was small only really big enough for 2 of you. it had everything though sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool

there was nowhere in the reception area to sit around we were upgraded when we booked to a superior room with a view that included breakfast. when we checked out we were told that breakfast was not included and we had to pay an extra 197 euros. We wouldn't have had breakfast in the hotel at that price as there are enough boulangeries in the area.

The rooms were clean and light. Good beds and pillows. Small but cozy spa

You can't access the restaurant zone with the children. No staff on the spa reception by the evening

The property was modern clean the house cleaners speak or where better and more engaging with us being English

How clean the hotel was but the shower head needed descaling

This hotel was really central for downtown Le Harve and the sea front. free car parking was a real bonus. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was topped up daily as well as free bottles of water. The free spa facilities was just a real bonus and highlight if our stay.

Nothing much but room could have done with a plug next to the full length mirror and a small sink in the separate toilet to wash your hands would have been good rather than having to go back to the bathroom.

Excellent location and facilities

Breakfast was over priced for what you got. Especially the hot options. If you want coffee and pastry’s then probably worth the €8.50

We made this reservation far in advance so that we would be near the port for our cruise ship. The location was great.

We had dinner and was disappointed in the food. It was actually pretty awful but we heard from another cruise guest they had dinner nearby and it was fantastic. I don't remember the name of the restaurant.

Pool, steam room, check in staff, breakfast & the OJ machine yum fresh.

ID checks for the casino that even though I was a resident and staying with them every time I wanted to enter I had to show my passport, and that's where the bar was. Annoying.
