Was in town with my family while father was in the ICC across the street at the hospital. Had booked 2 nights but fathers condition worsened and needed a second room. Staff were extremely accommodating changing room from 2 nights to 2 rooms for 1 night. Very appreciative.

Gail Smith was so great when I came to check in. Was wanting to check in so my family wouldn't have to wait for a room after the death of my father. She was so pleasant and ensure our stay was without any issues. Give the Lovely woman a raise.

Everything was great……extremely helpful and pleasant staff!!

There is nothing that could have been better. It is right on the highway which has constant traffic so if your room is on the side that is closer to the road, the traffic noise is non stop. But that shouldn’t take away from all the good things about this hotel and how it is managed.

Location and property were very clean and staff was super helpful i happened to have a night out on the town and left some valuables in my room due to waking up late and the property attendant contacted me as soon as they discovered my forgotten items to let me know they had them safe and sound and were waiting for me to come pick them up im glad this Hotel property has people with good hearts attending and helping their guests 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Breakfast potatoes weren't fully cooked but everything else was delicious!

Breakfast was good.we felt very welcomed with staff specially front desk lady Mrs Gail . I believe that’s her name . She’s was so nice .

The Ac , sometimes it will feel like humid . And there was No drawers for my clothes or table to eat dinner

Facility was extremely clean. Rooms were fresh and smelled very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was also good. Definitely will return to this location plus the kids and the rest of our family enjoyed this day and rested comfortably on the beds.

Nice and quiet

The weather was raining all week. So that was no fun. The pool is indoors so that was really nice. They have a Jacuzzi also. I didn't use it, other people were in it.

Most of the staff was extremely friendly. The morning attendant for breakfast during our stay was great, she was going above and beyond, asking if she could grab us refills and other items from the breakfast bar and clearing our tables for us as we ate. The gentleman behind the front desk when we first arrived was very friendly and even was generous enough to allow us an early check-in at 1:30! the amenities were all in working order, I never saw the bar open. But we were gone from about 3pm until midnight. so we figured it was open while we were gone and we had just missed it.

The front desk lady, or maybe manager as we were checking out in the morning was not very friendly and seemed a bit rude and short. I had forgotten my cellphone and after asking to re-enter the room briefly to grab it, she had an attitude and simply said “Go”. Not quite the customer service you would expect in the hospitality business. Also, I noticed that the images online didn’t necessarily accurate reflect the room that we had gotten. The flooring was different and not as updated as the pictures showed and the set up was slightly different. nothing major, just something I noticed from booking online to entering the room.

Would have liked thicker blankets on the bed. We were cold at night. We adjusted the air conditioner temperature, ceiling fan only has 1 speed.... High.

Every person that worked in the building was so friendly. We had a great experience and would stay again.

We did have a dirty towel that was folded with are clean towels. It had questionable brown spots on it, that looked fresh. We did ask for new towel and they did give us some.

The ladies at the desk were wonderful. The property location was fine.

It struck me a bit odd that breakfast ended at 9am on a Saturday. I'd forgotten that LQ allows dogs, so every night of a 3 night stay, dog barking was my lullaby. The toilet was persnickity to when flushing, but the shower water pressure was heavenly.
