This hotel is so beautiful from the outside and inside. From the fountain at the entrance to the landscaping and design inside as well. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Nothing beats a warm and friendly welcoming after a long road trip. The price also was great for the area. It was nearby so many stores, parks, and just a quick 30 minute drive to downtown Houston. Breakfast was great. They had a variety of both hot and cold foods. The pool was indoor and heated to the perfect temperature. There was construction going on outside but we couldn’t hear anything from indoors which was nice. And we were on the first floor. The room had a fridge and microwave and was spacious for our family of 4.

The beds don’t have blankets - just two thin bed sheets which made for cold nights because I’d rather be cold than hot.

Was in town with my family while father was in the ICC across the street at the hospital. Had booked 2 nights but fathers condition worsened and needed a second room. Staff were extremely accommodating changing room from 2 nights to 2 rooms for 1 night. Very appreciative.

Gail Smith was so great when I came to check in. Was wanting to check in so my family wouldn't have to wait for a room after the death of my father. She was so pleasant and ensure our stay was without any issues. Give the Lovely woman a raise.

There was nothing about this property that I didn't like. The staff were friendly, helpful and simply amazing. The rooms are huge and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was what I needed. There was plenty of parking and I love that they have designated parking for vets (although, regrettably, I am not one. That fact that they do is amazing)

I love everything

Everything was great……extremely helpful and pleasant staff!!

There is nothing that could have been better. It is right on the highway which has constant traffic so if your room is on the side that is closer to the road, the traffic noise is non stop. But that shouldn’t take away from all the good things about this hotel and how it is managed.

Location and property were very clean and staff was super helpful i happened to have a night out on the town and left some valuables in my room due to waking up late and the property attendant contacted me as soon as they discovered my forgotten items to let me know they had them safe and sound and were waiting for me to come pick them up im glad this Hotel property has people with good hearts attending and helping their guests 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Breakfast potatoes weren't fully cooked but everything else was delicious!

Breakfast was good.we felt very welcomed with staff specially front desk lady Mrs Gail . I believe that’s her name . She’s was so nice .

The Ac , sometimes it will feel like humid . And there was No drawers for my clothes or table to eat dinner

Facility was extremely clean. Rooms were fresh and smelled very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was also good. Definitely will return to this location plus the kids and the rest of our family enjoyed this day and rested comfortably on the beds.

Nice and quiet

The weather was raining all week. So that was no fun. The pool is indoors so that was really nice. They have a Jacuzzi also. I didn't use it, other people were in it.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable.

The only thing is that the area around the desk was dark, especially later in the day and evening. Could use a desk lamp.

How clean it was and even though it’s on a feeder road for a major interstate, the surrounding trees makes it more welcoming.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
