We had the continental breakfast. Selection was best on Sunday. Very clean room and very comfortable; staff excellent, great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Only issue was guests above our room who were extremely loud during the early a.m. hours. They checked out that morning and the extra night we stayed was very quiet and peaceful.

Location was perfect-close to UNH. Breakfasts left a lot to be desired- no protein except yogurt which I do not eat!

The bed creaked Tub rim was so high, my husband had to help me climb over the rim Breakfast lacked substantial protein

The staff (a young man and young woman) working the night of the 20th was very, very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I arrived around 8:30 pm, which was only 30 minutes before closing, but they took our dinner order, and even delivered the food to our room!! They showed us around the inn, and gave us a history lesson about the building (which was greatly appreciated), and they were both just wonderfully friendly. I can't remember ever getting any better service anywhere, ever. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Staff was wonderful, the building had good character and clearly has history being from the mid 1600s. Wish the price was a bit better but would stay again.

Breakfast could be better for the overall price of the stay. You can hear a lot of the movement upstairs from room 12.

The location was nice and quiet, a short walk to the UNH campus with the town a very short walk away. The attached restaurant had a nice menu and friendly staff.

They or booking.com messed up the reservation. But they had a room and honored the price

The hotel was very conveniently located and provided us with everything we needed during our stay.

The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, and seemed like you could sink into the middle.

The bed was very “creaky “ every time one of us moved, you could hear the other person. The window sills in or room and in the dining room need cleaning.

Clean very nicely attended, beautiful property, so beautifully restored we loved it here

I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast. I do wish my room had a fireplace - next time will request! Also wish there were more dog friendly rooms :)0

cute inn - beautiful decor and lovely staff the restaurant was quirky, food delicious and waiters great!

Room was in the Inn itself and too noisy due to a boiler behind a panel in the room and late arriving guests Breakfast was a DIY affair - cook yourself and all in packets.
