Instant coffe is not available inthe room, only tea is No shampoo in the bathroom, only universal 'washing fluid' Children were noisy after 9PM in the pool, despite they should not be there accordign to regulations. Taking evening bath was therefore unrealistic and the staff REFUSED to politely influence the parents to obey local regulations. So we have resigned from evening bath between 9 and 10PM. The pool offer is delusional and reception staff was... honestly not professional. Reception was late to respond after our arrival at 8:45PM despite being notified It is quite far from city center in practice, as straight line is short, but real life detour is long

Very nice wellness, great pool + a few saunas. Very good breakfast. No problem with parking. Great idea - viewing "tower" on top of the hotel.

Last night a group of people came to have a party. Very noisy till 3 AM, playing music, driking alcohol. This is unacceptable for such relaxing and family friendly hotel!!! Too expensive lunch-dinner (served 4-6 PM). No dinneer option in the evening. Nearby restaurants closed out of season.

Very pleasant hotel with nice surroundings. We liked the swimming pool. Breakfasts were really good, fresh every day. The most amazing was the stuff, which was very helpful and flexible in responding to our needs. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. It's about a 40-minute walk to Krupówki Street, but there are buses 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable enough. The bathroom shower was small, especially for someone who is a bit bigger than the average person. The hotel has a sauna facility that is open only from 5pm to 10pm for some reason.

For the mid week price it was very good, excellent breakfast spread, great view from bedroom, comfortable bed, and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The location is good but a good 30 minute walk from the town. Lots of buses though.

The low sloping ceilings in bedroom right by the bathroom entrance were very dangerous . My partner and I bashed our heads several times. Also the toilet didn't flush properly and on the last night it just stopped working. Our beds were changed and cleaned every day but dirty towels wern't replaced. No hair dryer in room. . If we'd paid the weekend price for this we'd have been very unhapoy.

The breakfast was amazing, loads of local options such as the mountain cheeses. Spa was convenient after a long day walking. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location ideal only a short bus ride away from the centre in a peaceful village. Room was spotless due to hard work from their cleaning team. I really enjoyed my stay here and will certainly visit again.

Wonderful spa zone with warm pool, the best jacuzzi ever and 4 saunas (2 hot, 1 steam and 1 infrared), very clean and new. Breakfast was best of the best!! Very good and helpful stuff. Location is not very far from restaurants and amuse facilities. Big parking place. Mountain scenery and Zakopane styled houses - what can be better? :)

All was amazing!

Huge, free parking place. Beautiful hotel building. Double rooms apartment with 2 balcons was perfect for my family. Great view to the Tatra mountains. Breakfast was outstanding.

Dinner was also delicious like breakfast. We had dinner only twice according to our daily activities. But it is available only from 16:00 to 18:00 what was a little bit strange in Summer. Maybe it is based on winter season

The room was clean and tidy, with an incredible view of the mountains. It was very quiet in the room. The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us with many things. The service definitely exceeded my expectations.

A complete experience from when we checked in to the time we left. The room and facilities were excellent, everything was spotless, delicious traditional Polish breakfast. Location was great nearby to a bus stop, although we did need it, and the staff was the best, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Beautiful spa area. We were able to walk to the national park from the hotel. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

The curtains were not black out so it was quite light in the mornings. The breakfast wasn't to our taste. It was likely a more traditional Polish spread but the eggs seemed tired and it wasn't possible to toast the bread. The milk was warm for cereal which was an interesting change.
