Excellent location for the train station and numerous restaurants.

Hotel was one of the better ones we’ve stayed at in Niigata but the only downside was that almost none of the staff spoke English and unfortunately a few of them due to their shyness or other personality issues were not friendly to our attempts to communicate. Public bath facilities were smaller than most other hotels we stayed at but certainly adequate.

There is a small spa/bath on 2F which was empty when I used it. The breakfast was buffet style and very delicious, there were many options from western to Japanese style breakfast and takeaway coffee. The room had a smart TV so it was great for watching YouTube and Netflix. Great location right next to Niigata station. There is a Lawson on the ground floor of the hotel.

The price was quite high for one night (20,000 yen), but the facilities mostly made up for it.

Very convenient location right next to the station and all of the conveniences that come with that (restaurants and shops). They had a nice public bath and all of the usual amenities/toiletries, plus some. Convenience store right downstairs was extra handy and the room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was easy to connect to and I was able to cast to the TV

The parking was a little bit expensive but it's a parking garage so it kept the car out of the summer heat

Very convenient location right by the main Niigata station and Shinkansen and buses to access the rest of the Niigata city. The breakfast was excellent and had many fresh local speciality’s and both traditional Japanese dishes and western foods. The station is also right near a hopping izakaya district with cheap drinks and great snacks, and the close proximity to the hotel means that it’s 3 min walk. We were worried that the trains and downtown area would be loud but the hotel was well insulated from outside sounds, and we only occasioally hear our neighbours through the walls but overall very quite and we had a great sleep.

Such a lovely hotel and it’s also extremely close to the train station! The breakfast was amazing as well, with an enormous selection of dishes. Additionally, they have a nice bath too which I loved a lot. I’d very much love to stay here again!

Breakfast is a must for this hotel. I really liked their selection - more than 80 menus to choose. I am so sad to stay only 1 night. Room is spacious and well decorated . Moreover, the hotel is very close to JR Shinkansen station
