The loft room was delightful - a good size for a couple, and well heated despite the very cold temperatures outside. The staff were very friendly upon arrival and departure, and the decor of the breakfast area and lobby/lounge was beautiful and tasteful. The breakfast in the morning was comprehensive and delicious. Being a short walk to Blackhealth main street, it was easy to walk to and from restaurants and pubs.
The couch in the room was uncomfortable - a new, firmer couch would befit the standard of the room far better. Also, the crackers at breakfast were stale

The staff serving breakfast were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and it was great to have a lounge room with a fireplace. The grounds were also well maintained.
When the gentleman checked us in, he did not mention that we could get drinks or coffee throughout the day and early evening in the main building. We were told that breakfast was served between 8am and 10am and that dinner was not available. It wasn’t until our third day that we found out about the drink service. Although we enjoyed our stay, it would have been better had we had known from day one, that we could relax in the lovely lounge area and purchase a cappuccino or a beer. Would have been nice if dinner was available on site, instead of having to drive around town looking for somewhere nice to eat.

Pretty location and grounds, altho winter the gardens were established and the big old trees gave it grand character. Staff were super friendly and helpful and happy to assist. Nice quiet room and loved the fireplace.
Room was a bit tired and needs a refurbishment, bed saggy with bed sheets not large enough for the bed and to pull up to shoulders. Couch had sunk in middle and fabric well worn. Carpet was dirty and stained in spots.

The accommodations are exceptionally tranquil and peaceful. The location provided a sense of exclusivity. Our waterfront unit offered breathtaking views. The staff is dedicated to ensuring a flawless guest experience. Breakfast is exquisite, and the establishment boasts an expert barista. Thank you. Christine and Peter.

Lovely gardens, breakfast room, delicious breakfast. Our suite was clean and comfortable and we love the fireplace.
A couple of things were missing- no lamps in the sitting area of our room so it either very bright lights or very dim wall lights. One wall light had no glove in it. There was no separate hand soap for the bathroom washbasin. I think a small gym would be welcome.

It was easy to reach by car and you are in the middle of many tracks and hikes you can start in the Blue Mountains. Lovely spacious loft, with all you need, in a cute cottage (4rooms in one cottage) with gardenview.
There is a gas fireplace where the starter flame is always on which you can hear slightly - for me a bit unnecessary. It is a bit out of town, without a car it would be quite inconvenient. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The whole environment is very beautiful and relaxing, the room is sooo nice, elegant, clean, big and nicely equipped/set up. Staff there are very nice and friendly. The receptionist Mathildle is very kind and helpful. I am impressed that she could remember my name the next morning when we went to breakfast. We really like this hotel. Now is on the top of our favourite list in the Blue Mountain area.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights for our 20th wedding anniversary in Garden Suite with breakfast included. Buffet cold food with a la carte menu for hot food was delicious and more than enough. The interior design and spacious breakfast room and lounge room created such a relaxing atmosphere we didn't want to leave. The cottage style accommodation was private, spacious and very comfortable set-in private garden surrounds, with bird live including ducks. So relaxing. We walked the landscaped grounds including around ponds several times early morning & evening. Easy to speak with all staff including gardeners, very friendly and helpful. Staff showed us photos on their mobile phone of Parklands in different seasons and including when covered in snow in winter. Can't wait to go back and stay during the different seasons. We highly recommend staying here.
Wish we had more time to stay longer!

We had a nice large room in a beautiful garden estate. Loved walking the grounds. Breakfast was very good.
Our room was musty and hadn't been cleaned well. When we related this to management they apologised and the room was properly cleaned. The bathroom was small and not up to the standard of the rest of the accommodation.

Loft room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and gas fire. Breakfast was included with the room and very good, including a cooked to order hot option. We thought it was good value overall and would stay again.
Only a small thing, but a section of the shower wall tiles could use some anti mould and scrubbing. But bathroom was great.
