We loved chalets at blackheath so much that we just returned from our second stay and plan to return again. From the minute you drive in you are greeted by the friendly staff. The location is secluded and as close to nature as you'll ever get. The chalets are warm and cozy and immaculate. Breakfast in the library is always something to look forward too, with freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. We can't recommend this hidden gem highly enough for some r&r.

Absolutely nothing

The location was fantastic and the facilities were exceptional! Every little detail, the snacks, the local produce treats, the breakfast, everything was so delicious. We enjoyed the electric bikes and got to see the sunrise and sunset at Evans Lookout, it was beautiful and magical. The staff were so nice and kind! The firepit was relaxing and entertained. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Blackheath Chalets.

We loved everything! The only problem it is a little pricey so we can't enjoy it as frequently as we would like it.

The bathroom & fireplace were magnificent.

That there was no restaurant on the premises.

We love everything about the chalets! This is our third time back here with more stays planned. The staff are some of the nicest people we've met and truly do make you feel welcomed. The chalets are luxurious and cosy and equipped with all the necessities needed.

The decor, the feel and ambience is so lux. Bed is so comfy!! My kids enjoyed smores night!! Mini bar! The service from staff is very good! Thank you for everything!

Such a beautiful property and chalet! Perfect for exploring the Blue Mountains then checking in to amazing accomodation. Thoughtful touches, wonderful space and lovely staff.

Absolute luxury in a beautiful location - close to Evans lookout & other bush walks. Exceptional facilities & amazing staff. Will go again.

Everything was exceptional particularly the room and the location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are only four chalets at the property so it was really quiet and felt very private. All decorations in the room are well thought of. Breakfast, snacks and room products that they provided are locally sourced which gave us an extra connection to the blue mountains. Overall, very good experience and worth all the money. We will definitely come back in future.

Nothin major really. Maybe a bigger rubbish bag that would fit the bins better and probably a recycle bin.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating in a genuine way, the facilities were impeccable and the pastries provided for breakfast were some of the best we've ever had! Highly recommend and will be visiting again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful! The location was great! The Chalet was so clean!!! I loved every moment of staying there!

The bed mattress was very soft which I personally dislike! But if you don't like firm mattresses you will love it!
