The room is very clean. The sheets are immaculate and divine, it smells so fresh (it doesn't smell like crappy fabric softener that most hotels/accommodation uses). The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom sparkling. The team really put in a concerted effort to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. Lee is an exceptionally hospitable and helpful manager. This has got to be the cleanest and most comfortable room I've ever stayed in, in the Blue Mountains.

I would have been put off by the distance from Leura Mall but the room and facilities made up for it. You can easily take a taxi to the centre ($12), or if you are a seasoned hiker, the 2K easy uphill walk will only take you 27 minutes to reach Leura train station (when you exit the property, just turn left on Scott Avenue and follow the curb/pathway and that will lead you to Leura Mall). I can see that they are still improving the grounds. I hope this place get the funds for it, it will be wonderful for sure.

Beautifully clean common areas, underfloor heating in the bathroom,tea coffee and fridge in our room,with a pretty terrace..looking onto bamboo screening Queen bed very comfortable Substantial continental breakfast with delicious bakery breads, cereal, yoghurt, juice, Nespresso coffee and tea. Very peaceful surroundings, we thought it would be wonderful for sporting, school and Community groups, due to the large open spaces and sporting field .

Nothing at all May just suggest a more prominent sign at entry off Scott Avenue..easy to miss the entrance in the dark....

A very clean establishment with a fantastic location. It is nice and quiet as well. Top marks for Mr. Lee the receptionist who made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic as well. 5 minutes drive to Leura town where there are an abundance of cafes and restaurants.

Would have preferred if they could provide firmer pillows.

Big and renovated rooms.Clean and its borders state Forrest . We went for a walk a discovered a waterfall. Very peaceful.

Very good value. Cute loft was functional for 2 x kids sleeping in it. Access to outside kitchen was convenient too. Stayed here for UTA and would recommend it based off the value if you wanted a cheaper option than an Air Bnb and we're okay with smaller quarters. Staff were friendly and place was clean.

The whole concept of Sinofield is somewhat unique... being immersed in the bush accessible straight from your room is such a change from the usual hotels in built-up areas. It's also very quiet and peaceful as the layout of rooms is well-designed. The shared kitchen is a lovely touch of the Retreat's community connection.

The remoteness does mean you need a car or taxi to get there but the distances are not far to Leura, which is close by for supplies and great restaurants, etc.

the under floor heating in the bathroom and the size of the room. The whole complex is large and felt like we were the only ones there, although there were cars in the carpark, so clearly we weren’t.

the poor chickens on the property were cold and had nowhere to roost, just a bare concrete floor, so we were comfortable but the chickens weren’t. would be nice to have a cafe onsite or somewhere to grab something simple to eat, but it wasn’t far from Leura village.

The pictures here really don't do it justice. Had a great short stay with my family of four. The rooms were really well appointed with plenty of space for the kids to run amok. And hello heated bathroom floors! There was even a little courtyard that backs onto the playground. (Not that we got to use it in the cold and wet of winter!) Something to look forward to when we're back in the warmer months - which we will do!

Wish there was a bathtub, but I'm really nitpicking here!

The location is beautiful & so peaceful! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was so clean and the rooms had heaters for when it got extra chilly at night. Lee was so friendly and accomodating.

Loved our stay at Sinofield Edu-Retreat. From check in to check out was easy. Room was beautiful, so clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Heating in bedroom and bathroom. Super close to everything. Highly reccommend. We will definitely be back.
