Very clean (we both have dust mite allergies and found the place spotless) Loved the central heating system: first time we don't freeze in a Blue mountains accommodation in the winter. Well equipped kitchen. Nice touch: they had built everything for our first chimney fire. Comfortable bed. Lovely heritage decor. Liked the pink eucalyptus theme everywhere. Walking distance to the shops.

Kitchen needs new pans Bathtub so shallow it's barely usable Need to know: the road is quite busy with cars, but that's the trade off for being walking distance to the shops. The backyard is really just a big gravel parking lot, not much views from the living/dining room, a bit of landscaping could spruce things up.

We loved the back deck, such a gorgeous place for a coffee in the morning. Loved the whole cottage, the bedrooms were a good size and it was close enough to walk to the Wentworth Falls lookout and Conservation Hut. Loads of character, a gas fire, but it was a bit hot on our weekend, little touches like Easter decorations and chocolates on the bed made the kids happy, and the host left us complimentary bus tickets for the hop on and off bus which was great!

The TV was in a bit of a weird spot in the living room. You had to sit at the dining table to watch it. The sofa was far away on the other side of the room, however there was lots of great books and games so it didn't matter.

This was stunning accommodation in a beautiful part of the Blue Mountains. We had everything we required for our stay and more. Kitchen was fully kitted out with oils, condiments, honey coffee etc, a wonderful touch you don't find at other locations. A++++

The only downside to our stay was the beds. It could be a preference thing but we found them extremely firm. We tried the beds in the upstairs room and found this to be the same.

We stayed in the cottage for 3 nights whilst driving between Brisbane and Sydney. Both the cottage and Leura exceeded our expectations and the staff were wonderful. An older property with a front verandah to sit and watch the world go by. Full kitchen with all the equipment you needed to self cater. Washer & Dryer also available. The Woolworth supermarket in Leura Mall was only a 7 minute walk away, but it was actually a quiet location with a small park next door. There is also a bakehouse close by for Pies, Cakes and Pastries. Room for multiple cars on the drive and around the back. Great location to see all of the sights around the Blue Mountains.

A beautiful spot positioned right next to the local park and a stones throw away from the shops. Surrounded by trees and yet moments from the gorgeous Leura boutiques. The host was wonderful and thought of all the little details including subtle easter decorations and eggs on each bed. Was such a gorgeous touch that our kids just loved. Plenty of games, books. A beautiful opportunity for an unplugged weekend away

This cottage is amazing. Very beautifully decorated. Beds were great, had central heating was very clean and so close to shops! I have stayed in a few places in Leura and this was the best by far. Host is also very good. Very good car park as well.

The shower in main bathroom could be better. The bath tub/shower was a bit slippery to get into. Would have preferred a separate shower.

It was utterly charming. There was lots of space, it was exceptionally well equipped and was spotlessly clean. A lot of thought had clearly been given to the comfort of guests. Monique was great at communicating with us both before and during our stay. The only downside is that we were only able to stay from few days. We wanted to stay much longer because we liked the cottage so much. Access to WiFi would have been the icing on the cake.

Very cute little cottage, just down the road from the Valley of the Waters with many walking trails. Monique was a great host and had excellent communication. The cottage had a well equipped kitchen and some essentials like oil, sugar, coffee and tea. Our stay was very comfortable and our two year old loved wandering around the lush back garden.

The ensuite was a little worn but clean and we mainly used the other bathroom so that was fine.

A lovely cosy cottage. Had everything we needed & was very comfortable for the three of us. Fireplace worked well & so did the heating. Lovely location close to Leura shops & a short drive to many of the mountain attractions & lookouts. We would definitely visit again.

Our bed frame was a bit noisy when turning over; not sure if it just needs a little adjusting perhaps. Bedding on the bed was very comfortable though.

Loved how well kept, clean the property was. It had a wonderfully homely vibe, excellently equiped for anything one may need for the stay! The host’s love and care for this property was tangible!!! Fabulous location, just walking distance from the town centre, shopping and food… short drives away from major attractions- it ticked every box! Highly recommended !!!
