Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Good laundry facilities. Close to Springwood Aquatic Centre, Place very dated, but I felt safe and secure. No noise from other guests. Good service from front desk staff. Action taken re towel and rubbish situation immediately.

Close to railway line. Needed ear plugs due to freight trains passing in the night. Not Motels fault. Air con kept blowing cold air in the evening, but not morning. Not much fun in winter. New cleaner who didn't always provide clean towels, etc, or took the hung ones I was going to reuse and replaced them. They also didn't remove rubbish at times.I informed the front desk staff about this.

We booked a family room at the last minute. We thought it was a studio with beds for 4 people, however Room 7, where we stayed turned out to be more like 1 bedroom arrangement (without a door to the bedroom), so there was more privacy and lots of more spacious. The room was clean and the shower was good. It was quiet too.

When I called the motel to request a quiet room, the receptionist literally said "It is a highway motel. If you want a quiet room, you shouldn't pick a highway hotel" which made me stunned. However Room7, where we stayed was indeed quiet (it's located away from the highway), which was a pleasant surprise to us.

Linda on the desk was friendly and most helpful. My dad lost his shaving brush and Linda (and her husband) went out of her way to help us retrieve it. The room was clean and comfortable.

no bench space in the bathroom for toiletries. The door was locked but there was quite a bit of play/movement once locked. This didn't feel completely secure. However, the area felt safe.

The location was excellent in the lower Blue Mountains with a very comfortable room on the ground floor, which I upgraded to, which provided good space with every facility that I required, bed was excellent and very comfortable and good soft pillows with a bathroom larger than usual. Nearby were two Restaurants serving excellent food with takeaway if required.

Convenient location, and room availability. Happy to have got the bottom floor so no stairs. Spacious room. Room was good temperature. Tidy and secured. Plenty of spare pillows and blankets.

Beds were a bit hard, and sink tap would not go hot. Had tap on for a few minutes and still no hot water came from the bathroom sink.

That I could go for a walk along the road, that there was a view (trees out the back and road and train out front), friendly staff, a place to drop keys in because I left early in the morning. Working taps, extra blanket, hair dryer, microwave, fridge.

I could hear the train going by, but it didn't keep me awake

Had what we needed the shower had good pressure plus continuous hot water , aircon was positioned great and warmed the room up quickly Room was bright plus darkened out well when it was lights out TV was also positioned well to be viewed comfortably from both beds

I felt it was a little over priced

Much better than I expected for a 3 star. Check in was easy, staff super friendly. The room was really clean, the bathroom not too outdated. Picked this motel as I attended a party at the local pub.

On the highway so expect traffic noise

The family room had the single bed and double bed in separate rooms. Great space with family or if traveling with friends

The unit we stayed in was very clean. The shower was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Great a/c and free WiFi. Was totally adequate for our needs, and the price was great too. Good onsite parking.
