Location easy to find. Parking close to the rooms & easily accessible. Staff very helpful, courtesy breakfast pack appreciated & dinner we had was lovely. Room was clean, serviced daily & shower was hot with appropriate pressure.

There was no toilet paper roll to refill, realised this at 6am on Sat morning so no staff to ask. Luckily we had tissues in our bags. Mattress was very soft which was uncomfortable, may need replacing. Unfortunately we had very inconsiderate neighbours who played awful rap music just after 5am on Friday morning very loudly!! My daughter was trying to sleep ahead of a sporting event that day. Maybe a sign in the area in front of the rooms / with keys to say no loud music after 10pm and before 8am?

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I loved the close access to the bar and bistro. The two complimentary drinks were an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Close parking to the rooms was helpful as well. Overall an excellent stay

The only downfall that I could find is the fact that the bar is open so late and the patrons can be quite loud while vacating. Some fireworks went off in the AM (no fault of the hotel but did affect our sleep) and that is the only issue we had. Other than that perfect accommodation! :)

The hotel location was quiet but still close to everything .The room was very clean, staff were friendly. Aircon worked perfectly, as did the tv, fridge and kettle. Restaurant/bistro/bar was great. Also there is a supermarket, bakery/cafe, Chinese restaurant and pizza place directly across the road, and a servo right next door. Super convenient.

Water pressure in the shower was very low. Bed felt like it wasn't level and was a little saggy.

have stayed here a few times now. its convenient location, size of rooms, ample parking is what keeps us coming back. the beds are comfy, amenities are good and customer service is always excellent

our stay was short and sweet so room was basically for sleeping. nothing we didnt like!

The beds were a bit too soft, as I usually sleep on a firmer bed. However that would suit a lot of other poeple.

Biscuits, and some bowls for breakfast.

If the shampoo/body wash caddie holder hadn't fallen off it's shelf landing on my foot, cutting me and bruising me for most of the week, I would've liked everything. So note to the managers ... secure your shower caddies better please.

Easy use and lovely staff at the pub. They were so accomodating. I just want to come back and I will.

Sometimes the light in the room is a bit bright and not blocked out due to obviously the security needing to check on the grounds which is ok because prefer my car to be there.

Not as expected from booking.com, but the evening meal was very good. Room was clean. Facilities were good.

Needs a paint job. Breakfast not available. Reception lacking in service. Staff need training in customer service. Tables not cleared between customers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was central. Great Cafe across the road that does delicious food. Comfortable bed... extremely soft mattress, which some people may not like. Clean and bright room. Block out blinds were great to allow a good sleep.

The outside of the building needs an upgrade... I almost changed my mind about staying there when I saw it. Thankfully, inside the rooms were stunning. No microwave.

The staff were beyond exceptional so helpful friendly and nothing was a bother. Check in was so easy. Room was super clean. And the food was delicious.
