Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very spacious, very clean, beds were very comfortable. Room actually exceeded our expectations. The family room was very spacious and accommodating. If you want to have a quiet drink there's a bottle-o downstairs. KFC is right next door if your feeling peckish. There's also a Bistro downstairs and a bar, but we were only there for a night, attending a function so we didn't get a chance to check it out.

The only problem we had in one of our rooms was the TV. No network, so we couldn't watch Netflix.

The room was very neat and tidy. The room was very quiet too with no noise coming in from anywhere! I was expecting to hear SOME noise, but no….all good!

The only problem/challenge for me was….finding the driveway entrance to the property! My Sat Nav took me to the Kentucky Fried drive through….but I wasn’t hungry yet, so I had to go out of KFC, hang a left and into the drive through bottle shop entrance…..but I still parked in the wrong spot! After booking in, I physically had to go for a walk to see where and how to get to the proper car park for my stay. Maybe it’s just pee-brained me that has these hassles….so yeah, I gave myself an upper cut for getting it wrong and moved on!

rooms where a good size plenty of room for the 2 bed and bathroom. had a small fridge and plenty of water provided daily. the cleaning staff where super friendly very helpful and understanidng of the situation as i work nights and slept during the days.

just for my own comfort i prefer a more harder matress to sleep on and these where very soft i did sleep good but towards the end i missed my own bed with a more firm matress.

Stayed before loved it that's why we come back

Lady at the front counter seemed rude and not interested in anything I had to say. But the lady behind me that checked in after us was smiling laughing and chatting away. Phone reception was terrible and couldn't connect to the internet. We where there for Brashernats like we did last year and found out that ypu guys are a sponsor of them. We will not be staying again

The room was clean and comfortable . The room was much bigger than what I was expecting. The staff were very friendly.

Location, on booking.com , there's 2 Nightcaps, one in Rooty hill and one in St Clair. We booked the one in Rooty hill but the address led us to St Clair . Also when we booked an uber the map took one driver to a different place. Maybe you should have a look at the location on booking.com , overall it was great.

Great location as it's near my project site. Also close by with other shops, 10mins to Penrith. The bar is very spacious and the food is awesome. The staff at the bar are lovely. The only thing that I don't see is that the hotel has any accessibility for disabled guests or people with poor mobility.

The shower from the ceiling can be changed to a hand held shower thingy to save water.

It was extremely clean and the food at the pub was excellent

No one at the desk, myself and two other guests rang the bell i and ended up walking upstairs to the rooms to look for someone. Then that someone said I'll be the soon and come down and walked out the door and said won't be long. My husband went next door to the pub to get someone. They were so nice and apologetic.

The staff! Honestly the friendliest staff we have ever come across in our travels. Ever! So helpful, so informative, so friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Very welcoming and wish more hotels, motels, restaurants staff were as accommodating. Special mention to the lovely lady on the front desk when my daughter and I checked in, who also multitasked and was working behind the bar when we were ordering - she's a credit to the establishment.

Overall a great room, clean facilities and close to the location for a party at Orchard Hills. Clean, lovely staff, fresh sheets and towels. Parking on site.

This didn't affect the stay but the door on the bathroom was easily stuck and didn't open and shut well. Also the door frame had a huge hole in the bottom from the bathroom side - needs repair to look more neat.

Staff were very Accomodating to see we had a Welcomed stay. Kindly added some drink cards to our stay for the first and second nights, to use within the Bar/Bistro. Food was great & affordable.

Didn't like the Bed mattress, it was extremely soft. Though Bed was made up each day & fresh towels if needed, the rubbish bins were not emptied at the same time. Though left ready to be taken and disposed of.
