First time Visitor. I recently moved/Sold Home at Blacktown and moved to Port Stephens. My trip back i needed a Base for a cpl of nights. WOW, I could not believe the Size of my Room ! Spacious with comfy lounges, large shower and bathroom, The Most Comfortable Bed and Pillows ! Concierge Service... Amazing. Massive amount of undercover parking. Discounts for Restaurants, Cafes, And 50mtr walk to WestHQ, RSL where you will find plenty to tickle the taste buds. Overall, A Venue that I will certainly now Book and stay Every trip back to this area, probably Once a Month atm.

Being by myself, there is Nothing I did not like ! In saying that, A suggestion if I may ?... Due to Large Size of Room, space and Lounges, It might be worth having a Larger TV and be on a Swivel bar to be viewed across whole room ?

Check in was pleasant and simple with wonderfully friendly staff. The room was simply enormous, and I was happy to find we had a good view across multiple suburbs from the window. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was very clean. The coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks were a nice touch. Having so many facilities right next door was amazing - West HQ club Eat Street was excellent for dining (but super busy on show night), the Coliseum Theatre next door, Timezone and Bowling, Aquatic and gymnastics centre. What more could you want?

The buffet breakfast was a little pricier than the room service breakfast, and we didn't eat enough to justify the price.

Large rooms and bathroom. Staff are nice and accommodating. Easy access with room service in 5 day's a week and also restaurants, hospital and entertainment theatre/colosseum next door. Breakfast buffet quite good.

Room service doesn't work on Sundays and Mondays. Breakfast buffet to 10.30 on weekends but only 9am on weekdays. I only found out when going to use them. Written information is there, but too much with jetlag, so I missed this information and was disappointed. The red velvet cushions and couches in the rooms seem to have odd, dirty looking marks on them, and this was the second time I experienced this staying at this facility. Room lounges could be a bit cleaner, and for Novotel, it's a little disappointing with regards to this.

Loved everything about this motel, the location, staff, facilities. The tiny features from complimentary soft drink in room, Nespresso coffee machine, slippers & perfect mattresses! So clean and fresh 😊 the rooms are so spacious. There is the west hq right next door with incredible eateries to bowling and Timezone across the parking lot. The gym & free access to the pool are a bonus! Lots of free parking! Amazing for families we had so much fun using the surrounding facilities 😊 And then had the best sleep followed by a full buffet breakfast in the morning!

Comfort Size Location for purpose Fantastic with huge venue right outside the door and next door

Mess up on check in?? First of all gave me my sons room which was upgraded due to sane surname whilst it was clearly explained to reception on arrival... When son checked in big conflict and confusion....was a mess but eventually got sorted while a heap long queue awaited to also check in.. They then called me 12pm Saturday to ask time I was checking out and I explained I did at 730am they then again confused me with sons room. I stated several times clearly they were checking out Sunday me Saturday names etc not to confuse with my name and room. Hence son returning Saturday night to enter room key not working they were locked out? Finally was sorted out but huge unnecessary mistake made by reception at check in. Otherwise great all round 🙏🏻

1. An establishment like this does not have electric vehicle charging facilities. 2. Mould underneath of shower screen. 3. Rust underneath of toilet door. 4. No tissue paper was provided (the dispenser was empty). 5. Hand wash was empty. 6. I am guessing there were 4 lights behind the toilet mirror. Among them, only 2 were working. It was not checked prior to a guest check-in. 7. Limited trading time for swimming pool, which was not communicated to gueat during booking this accommodation. 8. I did not expect that the swimming pool is located in a separate building. 9. USB port was out of order.

I booked the room for my friends from overseas they stayed for 10 nights and they did enjoyed everything the room were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good but most of all their great customer services! MEL the assistant manager was fantastic helping with everything we asked for! A huge thank you to you! Also a big thank you to the manager Andrew for helping us when we were trying to find our friend passport. Thank you to everyone and also to the house keeping for making our staying enjoyable! We look forward to our next stay! God Bless!

The location of Novotel Sydney West HQ is great to get to places on that side of Sydney. The size of my room was very comfortable as I had one of the larger size rooms, I love that bottled water was included on the minibar and the staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Overall the hotel is really good, however it is a little rundown and you can see it on the facilities on the public areas. We had dinner at the restaurant and the service wasn't great and our meals were put incorrectly by the waiter and we ended up with a "cold" steak, but aside from that, I highly recommend the hotel, just not the F&B.

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. furnishing is adequate. Being that we were facing the street it was surprisingly quiet. We loved the fact that there was a pod coffee machine with a milk warmer. The room was very clean and smelt fresh. The entrance to the motel was inviting and smelt lovely and clean. The young gentleman who checked us in was personable and friendly. Lovely meal next door at the West HQ club.

We were disappointed that we were not able to get a spa in our room.

The entire experience was great, the staff were very helpful, check in was a breeze, the room was a great size and the bed was amazing. Right next to the club for convenience.

Not only did they get our breakfast order wrong by missing a meal completely after repeating it back to me the night before, the one meal that did arrive was cold and tasteless. The coffee was undrinkable, including that they added chocolate to a latte, so not a well trained barista which was very disappointing. I don't recommend the room service breakfast.
