I love the new style in the bathrooms new shower heads 100 percent better than before I love the new set up were there is body wash shampoo conditioner pumps in the bathroom now new toilets new beds alot more comfort and the staff are always great to deal with and friendly job well done oh and the food and drinks when your playing the machines are very good 10/10 be back again.

This accommodation is located at very convenient location near the Toongabbie train station , less than 5 mins walk from Toongabbie Hotel to station. There are shopping centre, restaurants,cafes , etc within. 5 mins walk. It is easy to find the street parking. The room was clean and neat , especially the door and the small window about the door was painted and blocked the light from the corridor. It made more comfortable when sleeping. This is second time to book this accommodation, easy to check in and friendly staffs. It allows me to pay when I arrived instead of paying upfront. This is the budget and valued accommodation.

The staff were empathetic and compassionate. We rush booked the room as our brother was air flown to a nearby hospital. All staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They gave us information to get things we need and the best ways to get to and from the hospital. Amazing professionalism in a time that we needed exactly that.

It was a bit hard to find the entrance for the check-in desk, as it is at the back where the carpark is, instead of the front of the building.

The mattress was amazing. The pillows were also great. It felt quite clean and put together well.

The stairs with no other access sucked a little. And only one shower in the shared accomodation made it a little hard to leave on time for our app

I booked a room with a double bed and shared bathroom to save costs and was very pleased. I was comfortable and had no complaints. The room was air-conditioned, bed clean & comfortable with nice pillows, and the room had its own basin and fridge which was so handy. All basics were covered, bedside lamps, tissues, tea & coffee, kettle, fresh milk, bottled water, towels & soaps, WiFi, TV, ceiling fan, desk... Staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms are not affected by hotel noise. Accessed by security cards, also carpark has gate closed when hotel area is closed. Shared bathrooms have a bonus of 2 toilets, shower and bath, the shower area was small, but bath area spacious, facilities were old,but clean and well kept, screens on bathroom windows meant no moths or flies. Hotel is in great position, close to station and children's play area. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

1 minute walk to Toongabie train station. City is about 30 mins by train. Lots of food shops and pharmacy on the street. We loved our stay. Beds were comfy, towels were clean, tea coffee milk was provided. We got a deal and paid $84 only for the night. More value than what we paid. Bonus tip- buy single trip ticket and get on train from Toongabie station to Townhall station. Darling harbour is approx 10 mins walk. It was so mesmerising to visit Darling harbour on a Friday night. Loved our stay at this place.😍

Female bathroom can be better.

Room was as I expected .. comfy , clean Good TV .. only problem was the car parking .. it states “free parking “ when I arrived at 11:45 am to drop of bags .. There were only 11 parking bays & all were full. I rang the hotel from my car and asked what’s the separate packing for hotel guests they told me no .. that is all they have.. he then suggested I go and park at the local Woolworths supermarket and to make sure I move my car before midnight otherwise it will get locked in .. I told him that’s ridiculous that I will be asleep by then & he just laughed at me and said this is a problem they always have with guests !!

There are 15 rooms available and there are only 11 car spaces.. The car spaces are for accommodation and for the general public . Near impossible to get a car spot!

The staff were lovely very welcoming,The food from the restaurant was beautiful, Love how close its to a lot of shops places etc.We will be back again 😀

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic and the location is great, really close to the train station and some shops. The bar stocks a great selection of beers. A convenient location for what I wanted, with onsite parking. I'll definitely be back.

Well, it's a Hotel on the corner of a busy corner so it's a little noisy, so I wore earplugs while sleeping :)

Close to train station . Very quiet. Bar downstairs.

Girls bathroom needed some maintenance. Doors would stick. Light bulb needed replacing. So had to pee in the dark 😃 😊
