The room very comfortable and had all the facilities that worked. Lifts were great. I loved the furniture and paintings and the mirror on wall at desk with a great light lamp. it felt like i was a movie star and I was doing a live interview so that room was brilliant for this. I would have loved to stay longer.

I was able to get some views of parramatta river, though the construction of the Power House was full view and lucky no one was working as they could see through open sliding doors into bathroom whilst on toilet. no big deal just need to be mindful to close curtain or bathroom door. bathroom is tiny with with great shower pressure and nice big mirror cabinet. The nightly rate of $300 is too high for me but did it as a once off.

As a owner of a cleaning company I find it hard not to scrutinise places I stay as I'm trained to attention to detail. I was absolutely amazed that the Meriton Church St has the same level of care, enthusiasm and attention to detail!!! The first place I have ever stayed that I can say you can tell the staff care!! Also for the first time ever I could actually relax as everywhere I looked it was to my exceptional standards!! I will definitely come back! Lobby was enjoyable, Receptionist were A+, pillows - King Size and were fantastic! - alot coming from an insomniac!! Bed was a comfy medium - I prefer a softer bed but again for once the bed was good all round for any preference. Facilities and amenities all brilliant!! Parking is next door and lifts from carpark take you to your room :D :D Photos are the view from our balcony

Check in can be a tad tricky to navigate where to park, but everyone just parks around and is aware of everyone's exit plans

This apartment hotel was great and I would recommend it if you want to stay centrally in the Sydney metropolitan area. Lots of pluses and a couple of minor niggles. The great things were its location - it was close to transport links, restaurants, the theatre and the stadium. It has on-site parking ($40 a night); our 3-bedroom apartment on 22nd floor was spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was large and well appointed. The beds were big and comfortable. The room was very quiet. The views were spectacular. The reception staff were friendly.

The niggles were that we needed to ring for towels (none in room) – not a big drama as they came promptly. There was nothing to clean up in the kitchen (no tea towel, sponge or washing up liquid; no small broom). This would have made it difficult if you really did want to cook as using the dishwasher for everything is not sensible if you only want to wash a few glasses or mugs. The pool was closed. We had a minor misunderstanding about a possible missing item from the room, but the duty manager was very helpful and professional and we resolved the matter with minimal fuss.

Location was great easy to get to things. walking distance to everything. Room was good only thing when you shower water leaks through under the shower screen and tiles get wet.

I didn't like the room services for cleaning on the third day. nothing was done they changed the towels that's all. the chucks we have to wipe the counter they threw it away and didn't replace it. what is the point of room service if you are not going to do anything. coming in and changing the towels is not room service.

We found the apartment to perfect for the amount of people that were staying (6 adults) in a 3 bedroom apartment. Well positioned clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful.

We arrived before the 3pm check-in time and we checked approximately 2pm but the room was not available (waiting on final inspection)this was ok as were able to park the car. We then returned at 3pm and the room was still not available. We approached the desk at 3:15pm and was given our room keys. The lobby was full of other guests still waiting for their rooms to be ready as well

Great location, near to restaurants. Our suite was very clean, with a great kitchen, good shower and good wifi. The staff members we encountered were friendly and efficient. The lifts were cool, the parking was easy.

I’ve never written this in a review before…the one bedroom suite was the opposite of a home away from home. The decor was institutional. It wasn’t somewhere you could relax, all the seating was uncomfortable. The bedroom was small and there was nowhere except the limited floor space to put our bags.

The property was easy to get to and once inside it was clean and comfortable. There was a mess outside a lift and I rang reception and it was cleaned up quickly. I like that kind of service. Once inside the apartment, we did it hear anything from our neighbours at all which was lovely.

Of If I had to pick one thing, the bathroom was at the other end of the apartment to the bedroom. Being disabled and not being able to have an accessible room, this made it just a tiny bit inconvenient but it was not a huge thing.

Easy, convenient for the conference I was at, easy to get to and easy to get around. Great facilities and lovely staff - was on the top floor so view was great and suite was big and spacious even though it was just me :)

The access to the roof was just outside my door and there was no acknowledgement or warning that people would be working at early times of the morning so woke me up and sounded like someone was trying to get into the room which scared me and then the left the stairs open just outside the door which was a little too close for comfort.

What a great place to stay. The check in was so easy and quick. The technology with the lifts is so good, makes life easy. The rooms themselves are top shelf and could not be faulted, has everything. The location is next level and the views are mind blowing as well as being right next to restaurants, Westfield and much more. If you like going for scenic walks, this is the spot to stay!

Close to restaurant and cafes didint go far to look for food.

Meat and Wine Co staff were racists (Asian waiter with deep bass voice) Asian girl with teeth wire braces who refused to give us a table using reservation as an excuse only to be saved by their Philippino Manager who gave us a table inside the so called fully booked restaurant; only to be preyed upon by these two in delaying our food which in most cases were 20 minutes between courses and food turning up at the table being really cold. That was the worst experience ever, hotel management should look into their restaurant.
