Room was ok , My humble request if staff could brief us on arrival that we need to upgrade our key later on. On our second night we couldn't get into our room and I call the emergency line , the guy came to open our room was too lazy to help us , he looks soo stubborn and keep telling us why we didn't upgrade our key. How can we know that we should upgrade our key? No one told us....

I was upset , that no one told us that we should upgrade our key, because we came bxk late night and I feel bad to call the staff to come and open our room , because when he came to open our room he looks soo stubborn.

By excellent, I mean fantastic - but only if you like 4 concrete walls that require you to walk sideways to get past the bed, a bathroom so small you can't close the door when seated on the throne, a shower too tiny to fit both shoulders under the spray at one time, your bed positioned so close to the bathroom door that it can't be fully opened, no shower screen so the toilet floor is equally as wet as the shower basin itself, a bathroom sink that is not in the bathroom but actually in on the other side of the room, a window no bigger than two McDonald food trays side-by-side, the and an overall feeling that you are back in your Juvi' lock-up cell again. BUT... The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

The bed-side light switch was on only one side of the bed and only one power socket which was on the other side of the room.

Room size good for 1 or 2 persons. Comfy bed, clean bedding. Room reasonably clean. Some broken items. Bathroom small angled exit and the step is a big one for an old bloke. Though definitely still good value. The young stray cats are friendly so I fed them each day.

Over a period of one month on three visits and multi days stays in different rooms, I found broken fittings. Room 23 is a very damaged room. But I can not complain as the staff gave me my request of a front of building room on ground floor.

All up to standard and very comfortable and clean for the price we paid wasn’t to bad and it’s good they served breakfast my friend and I didn’t stay for breakfast but it spelt delicious Thankyou There was only 1 hiccup and that was getting upstairs with our luggage no lift but we made it to the room Next if we return we will b prepared and I found that out No Lift was on the premises after I paid the Booking but like I said if we ever come back again we will be prepared so Thankyou for a lovely and comfortable stay. Climbing the stairs they are not steep about 6 to 8 steps per level 3 leaves but we got to our room ok no problem Thankyou Raani Flores and friend.

Location and it was nice to have an air conditioner working well throughout the summer heat. Reception / maintenance team were friendly, gave clear instructions. Towels , complimentary shower wash and tea coffee sachets were in the room. Bed was clean , comfortable and firm pillows. Free parking. Will visit again. Thank you ibis team for a good overnight stay.

Strong bleach smell for they just service cleaned the room. Perhaps maintenance team could open the window so it wouldn’t be too strong when you first enter the room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sheets were beautiful and crisp and white. The young man, who booked me in demonstrated excellent customer service skills and was very personable.

The position is on the Great Western Hwy so it is extremely busy so traffic noises, sirens etc are to be expected. I brought my own tea bags with me fortunately because the brand that was provided were not nice at all and left tea leaves in the bottom of the cup.
